During the party, Kevin didn't really enjoy it alongside his wife; he preferred talking to the boys instead. He didn't want to deal with her nagging again as if she did nothing wrong in her life as worse as him. She literally had a whole threesome in their own bed and let him walk into it without stopping.

Kevin told her the truth when he said that he and Cecilia did nothing during the camping trip but how will he prove to her that she's overreacting?

Everyone wants to force an explanation from him but he keeps his mouth shut.

Everyone bursts out laughing and clings their beers before drinking. Leilah is keeping an eye on Cecilia to see if she's gonna get closer to Kevin; that woman is already getting on her nerves and Leilah hopes that she's wrong about Cecilia.

Leilah is looking after Milán and chatting with the girls until Cecilia decided to join the conversation.
Cecilia: Hey girls! I know we haven't met each other so I would like to take the opportunity to say hi!
Leilah: "To say hi" yeah sure.

The girls didn't even know how to react; they found it strange that Leilah and Cecilia are wearing the same outfit style. Maybe it's a simple coincidence just like Cecilia said before. 
Cecilia: Why are you so against me?! What did I do to you?!
Leilah: I know you're running around my husband! Don't even THINK of attempting something! 
Cecilia: I'm his fucking trainer I'll have to be around him!
Leilah: Profesionalism. If I see more than that I-
Cecilia: Kill me...? You do know that you'll be going to prison for the rest of your life if you do it...away from your son and your husband would want to find someone new...And you'll do it over a bit of jealousy...Seriously, you need help. 

Leilah is completely furious; she grabbed her and pushed her against the wall which made everyone look at them. 
Cecilia: What's wrong? You're so jealous about the fact that I'm prettier than you?! That I can look better in this outfit than you?! Mmh? Because you feel like I'm threatening you by having simple conversations with Kevin! Sad to hear that you're very insecure...
Leilah: Oh I will rearrange your face yeah!

Leilah is about to punch Cecilia but a hand stops her from doing so; Kevin's hand.
Leilah: Kevin what the fuck?! 
Kevin: You're causing a scene here! There are kids remember?? 
Leilah: You keep on defending her!
Kevin: Look, I'm just stating the obvious that you should not start a fight in front of everyone! And for nothing! I've told you so many times that nothing happened between me and Cecilia during the camping trip! 
Leilah: I'm going home. 

She picks up Milán and walks out of the house; their marriage is already becoming fragile. Kevin also went outside to follow her. 
Kevin: Baby I-
Leilah: No. I don't wanna hear it! You're gonna say that I'm overreacting or that I'm crazy but I don't want to hear it! 
Kevin: No no no! Look, I understand the feeling of being jealous, it happens and It'll pass. But keep in mind that I love you so much...more than you could ever imagine...I don't wanna lose you...I cannot lose you...If I do, my heart also breaks...

He steps closer to her and looks straight into her eyes. 
Kevin: I love you and only you...

He's sincere and she's on the edge of crying.
