When Elliam woke up the next day, Dominic's side on the bed was already cold. Elliam tried to reach for his phone to see the time.
It was already 10:00 in the morning. Elliam groan while touching his back and hips. Dominic didn't let him sleep last night, they did it until 3 Am. If he didn't beg Dominic to stop, he would probably worn him out until the sun shows up. Is this what happens when you marry a healthy and strong man? Wouldn't even let you sleep.
If he was a woman, then there're probably a bunch of little Dominic running around in their house.
It took an hour for Elliam to finally move from the bed. He took a shower then ate his breakfast. He receives a call from his beloved husband saying that Elliam should rest for the day. Elliam agreed because he needed more rest and he's too lazy to do anything.
After eating his breakfast, Elliam walk his way back to their bedroom. He plans to lay on their bed until Dominic comes back. He took his phone and logged in to his social media account. Elliam was quite famous online because of his work. He has a good number of followers and supporters, specially architectural students.
He was scrolling and scrolling until he saw a photo. He was more than familiar with the man on the screen of his phone. He was currently seeing a viral photo of Dominic online. It's not a rare occurrence to find Dominic's photos online. His husband is famous, more famous than celebrities. Even celebrities are his fans.
He's not just money, he has the looks, power, and influence. Everyone wants him.
"Why don't you smile? You look more handsome when you smile." Elliam asked the man on his screen. Dominic has a serious look on his face and doesn't look friendly on the photo. "You look like a jerk here." He keep talking.
Elliam doesn't know that aside from him, his husband doesn't smile to anyone.
Elliam continue scrolling until he got bored. He threw his phone on the other side of the bed then closed his eyes. But he immediately stood up when he heard the doorbell ringing. It was a fast food delivery. The delivery guy left after making sure he delivered the food, it was already paid and with a large amount of tip so he made sure to deliver it safely and on time.
Elliam took the bag to the living room, he also brought a plate and a spoon. There're burger, fries, a cold drink, chickens and other more. Even though the delivery guy didn't said who bought the foods, he still took them because this is how Dominic treat him once in a while.
Elliam runs back to his room to get his phone and send his husband a text. 'Thank you for the food' he texted with a smiling emoji.
On Dominic's side. Everyone inside the meeting room saw how their CEO smirked while typing on his phone. 'Eat it slowly, that's all yours.' Dominic texted back. After that he put the phone back on the table, then crossed his finger while staring at the people inside the room.
Inside the meeting room are shareholders of Dominic's company. They were talking about a new project outside the city.
"We need atleast 5 professional architects and engineers to work on this project."
Everyone agreed and started to suggest names of famous architects in the country. While everyone was busy talking, Dominic was in deep thought. He wanted Elliam to join, besides he trust his wife's capabilities when it comes to his profession.
Everyone stopped talking and making noises when they heard a tap on the table. It was Dominic's way of getting everyone's attention. Almost every single person inside the room know what it means.
"You can talk about the rest later but, leave a spot for me. I know a good architect that I want to join us." Dominic stated.
"Of course Mr. Martinez, then we only need 4 more...." All the people inside the room talked until everyone was satisfied with the result.
Some of them glanced at Dominic when they didn't hear him make a sound when they're done talking. But they were startled when they heard a ring tone from Dominic's phone on the table. It's not a ring tone that someone like Dominic would use, it was a cute ring tone. But Dominic didn't bother explaining it to them, he simply took the phone and answered the call.
"Dominic! You have to know this." That's what everyone heard through the phone, it was on loud speaker and the room was dead silent so when Elliam talked through the phone, almost everyone heard it.
The shareholders, although they're also wealthy and known, they wouldn't dare uther Dominic's name carelessly. It was always Mr. Martinez. So how will they react when they heard someone screaming the name of their boss.
Dominic stood up after saying that the meeting's over, he walked back to his office with Rissa tailing him. When Dominic was out of the room, everyone was still in shocked and couldn't talk.
For years that they knew Dominic, it was the first time to see him soften his face after hearing the voice at the other side of the call. What's with the ring tone too? They were sure Dominic's not the one who picked that ring tone. And who was that man? Must be courageous enough to shout Dominic's name.

Dominic was calming Elliam down because he's getting excited while telling his husband that the seeds he planted on their backyard started to sprout from the ground.
"Okay, bean sprout. I'll take a look later when I get home." Dominic said. He's inside his office while asking Rissa to give him the summary of the meeting with the shareholders.
"You are the bean sprout. Anyway, since you'll come home late. Let's take a look at the plants in the morning tomorrow, okay?" Elliam said from the phone.
"Okay, I'll tell you something later too."
"Can't you tell me now?"
"No, you have to wait. Be good Elliam, I'll go home later and I'll buy you food so you can tell me what you want to eat."Elliam and Dominic talked for a while.
When Dominic heard a knock from the door, he bid goodbye to his lover on the phone and ended the call after saying 'I Love You'.
"Come in." Dominic said.
It was Rissa, with the paper he was asking for earlier. "Mr. Martinez, Are you sure you want to involve Mr. Elliam to this project?" Rissa was well aware that Elliam was the one his boss was talking about.
"Hmm. I want him to start working larger and bigger project to hone his skills and abilities. Beside, he keep on telling me that no one wants to work with him anymore just because he's not receiving any work since last month." Dominic explained while reading the content of the paper his secretary prepared for him.
" Its just that, there are many other people going, Mr. Elliam can get easily anxious when he's with a large amount of people."
"I'm well aware of that matter, Rissa."
Rissa didn't say anything anymore and stayed silent on the side. Although she's working with Dominic for almost 4 years, she never dare to make this man mad. They can talk like friends, but Dominic's presence would always remind her that this man isn't someone you can tell joke.
At their first meeting, she thought that her boss was really good looking and thought her boss was single. What she didn't expect was that someone like Dominic whom was already handsome with a serious face, would become even more handsome when smiling. It was all because of a guy named Elliam Alvion. Elliam was the only one who can make his boss smile. They were still dating when she met Elliam, he's adorable and beautiful and Rissa would always becomes soft hearted when it comes to Elliam.
She was there when the two got married a year later, it was a secret marriage because Elliam did not want anyone knowing about it. For her Elliam was not just a wife of his boss, he's like a little brother.
