Ochako only stood where she was dazed at what she saw not just her but the audience as well "I can win damn it" thought Ochako as she collapsed from exhaustion, "the winner is Melissa Shield" said Midnight as the crowd cheered "I did not see that coming ochako used her quirk brilliantly she touched the debris that broken from the ground and tried to close the distance but it was thanks to the gloves Melissa created that gave her the edge she needed this is truly getting exciting" said izuku.

Now

As the match was over the robots were taking Ochako to recover as she could not get up and Melissa went with them. "That was an amazing match wouldn't you say Eraserhead," said present mic "Yes that truly was they both never back down like true heroes," said Aizawa. Soon izuku headed to the recovery room and saw both Melissa and Ochako getting treated as they saw him "You both did greater out there" said Izuku "Maybe Melissa did but me not so much" said Ochako.

"Don't count yourself short ochako, you did well out there using your quirk in creative ways throughout your fight" said Izuku as she smiled a bit "Thanks izuku" said Ochako "The next match is about to start contestants please make your way to the ring" said present mic through the speakers. "Looks like I am up well see y'all," said Izuku as he went to the ring. As soon as Izuku left Melissa looked at Ochako who was still smiling "You know me and my sister agreed to share Izuku" said Melissa this caused Ochako's face to turn bright red "What it's not like" said Ochako as was waving her arms around. "Well if you change your mind let me or Mei know," said Melissa as he then went to go see Izuku fight as Ochako just stayed in bed still blushing.

Back with izuku

As Izuku was making his way towards the ring he saw Endeavor waiting for him "No matter what you do you can't beat Shoto for he is the one who will surpass allmight so just give up" said Endeavor. As Izuku stopped in his track "You better watch what you say match stick" said Izuku as endeavor turned around with an angry expression on his face. "You heard me or are you going deaf as well," said Izuku as endeavor was getting angrier.

"You better watch what you say brat or else," said Endeavor as Izuku just smirked "No I believe you are the one who should watch what you say to me Jarvis," said Izuku as a screen appeared on the wall and it showed the horrible things endeavor has done to his wife and kids as well as paying his wife's family for her. "Let's get one thing straight match stick, if you ever insult me or hurt your family again the whole world will know exactly what you are, an abuser, an egotistical man, and a fake, so I suggest you change your tune quick before I do it for you," said izuku as he was walking away but stopped "also one more thing, I'm going to make him use his fire not because of you but for the people he will protect" said izuku as he walked away and into the ring leaving endeavor clenching his fist in anger.

"Alright folks it's time for the semi-finals, first up is the one the only izuku midoriya," said present mic as the crowd cheered "his opponent with a chilling personality is shoto todoroki," said present mic as Shoto walk out into the ring as the two stared at each other. "Both combative ready fight," said Midnight as she cracked her whip. Shoto stomped his foot on the ground sending a huge amount of ice at Izuku as it made contact and encased him in ice.

"Oh man I thought we were going to see a good fight," said present mic "Wait for it," said Aizawa as the ice started to crack but until Izuku burst out of the ice "Is that all you got," asked izuku as he was wearing some sort of gauntlets with smoke coming off of it. "Incredible izuku managed to escape from the ice," said present mic. Shoto kept on shooting ice at Izuku who destroyed the ice every time.

As the fight continued izuku noticed that the attacks were becoming slower and he was shaking due to overusing his quirk. Izuku then rushed at Shoto dodging every attack Shoto through at him as izuku was now in front of Shoto and swung his left arm and aimed at his face as shoto closed his eyes and waited for the punch but it never came he opened his eyes and saw that izuku stopped his attack as he just looked at shoto. The lowered his fist and started to walk away from Shoto as he and everyone that was watching was wondering what he was doing.

Soon izuku made his way back to where he started and folded his arm "So is that it" asked Izuku as Shoto looked at him in confusion " 0what" asked Shoto "I asked you if that was it that the extent of your power" asked izuku as shoto clenched his fist "did my old man put you up to this" asked shoto in anger "no this choice is mine and I am disappointed at you" said izuku "what the hell you mean your disappointed I am giving this Al-" shoto was interrupted by izuku "you are not giving this your all at all" yelled izuku with anger in his eyes "I came here today to show everyone here that you don't need a quirk to be a hero and yet you here you are disrespecting them by not using your full power," said izuku as shoto stayed quiet.

"Tell if you do become a hero are you just going half-ass it because if so you do not belong here, everyone is giving it their all and here you mocking them with this bullshit are you just going to sit there and watch as villains torment innocent people," said izuku as shoto looked down at the ground, "I told you already that" izuku interrupted shoto once again "this is your power not his, this your ice, your flames now tell and everyone here right now what are you going to be," said izuku as his words triggered a memory of his mom.

Shoto then looked at his hand and clinched them "You asked me what I want to be that is simple" said Shoto as the ice around him started to melt and soon his left side was engulfed by flames " I'm going to become a hero" said shoto as the fire melted all of the ice and izuku had a smile on his face as his gloved changed "then show me" yelled izuku as he got ready and ran towards him. "Midnight we have to stop them," said Cementos as he used his quirk to make the concrete wall and Midnight sipped part of her suit to make them go to sleep.

"All this time I hated my fire so that I never consider what that might mean for other people, izuku thank you," said Shoto as he fired his attack as izuku did the same and their attack collided causing a huge explosion covering the entire area as everyone closed their eyes. Soon everyone smoke started to disappear everyone opened their eyes and saw a silhouette in the center of the ring as they waited for the smoke to disappear "Ladies and gentlemen the winner is" said present mic as the smoke was gone revealing.
