"All this time I hated my fire so that I never considered what that might mean for other people, izuku Thank you," said Shoto as he fired his attack as izuku did the same and their attack collided causing a huge explosion covering the entire area as everyone closed their eyes. Soon everyone's smoke started to disappear Everyone opened their eyes and saw a silhouette in the center of the ring as they waited for the smoke to disappear "Ladies and gentlemen the winner is" said present mic as the smoke was gone revealing.

There in the center of the ring was none other than Izuku with the top half of his clothes off and the woman in the crowd cheered. Izuku then went outside the ring where Shoto was lying and looked at him before lending him a hand Shoto took it and Izuku helped him back on his feet. "Thanks," said Shoto as Izuku nodded as they walked to the entrance and it was from there that the medical bots carried Shoto away.

"Wow that was some fight right Aizawa," said present mic "Honestly this kid helps out his competitor just so he can use his power, that's something alright," said Aizawa. They took a break as they were fixing the arena it took a few minutes then it was back to normal. Melissa won all her matches with ease as she was now in the finals with Izuku.

"Alright everybody it's time for the final to begin," said present mic as the crowd cheered that is when the music started playing.

Present mic was confused but decided to go along with it "First is a person who shows what a hero should be like, he created a suit to fight evil Here he is Izuku Midorya and he who has been knocking her opponent down is nonother than Melissa's shield," said president mic as the crowd went wild as the music ended.

"Are both fighters ready?" asked Midnight as they both nodded "Now then let the final match of the sports festival begin" said Midnight as she cracked her whip. Izuku instantly got out a capsule as he had gauntlets on and rushed towards Melissa He reared his right arm back then through a punch at her as she blocked the attack but then was blown back a foot away from Izuku. "What the heck just happened She blocked the attack but why did she get knocked back" asked present mic.

"I got to admit even I didn't see that coming, only you would put small thrusters on gauntlets," said Melissa "Don't worry you haven't seen anything yet," said Izuku as he continued his assault. "Now I get it," said Aizawa "So you want to share with the rest of us" asked Present Mic "It's backlash," said Aizawa "Wait are you saying that" Present Mic was interu by Aizawa "Yes Izuku's punch had so much momentum that the impact cause Melissa to be pushed back and the gauntlet must have been made with that in mind otherwise his hand would felt it as well" said Aizawa.

Izuku didn't let up as he kept through punches like Melissa who was trying her best to block or dodge his attacks knowing that if she got a chance to use OFA he would lose. That is when Melissa activated full cowling shocking Izuku who took a step back Melissa used this chance and threw a punch at Izuku as his gauntlets formed a shield to lessen the damage as he was knocked back a bit away from her.

Izuku then got back up and saw his gauntlets were destroyed just as he was about to get another capsule out he felt it was not on him anymore. "Loki g for these" asked Melissa as she held up his capsules before tossing them out of the ring. "Incredible Melissa now has a clear advantage over Izuku," said parent mic "Looks like I win," said Melissa as Izuku smirked "I wouldn't celebrate just yet," said Izuku confusing Melissa just as her support item started to malfunction and her took it off as smoke rose from them.

"When did you upload a virus into my gear" asked Melissa with a grin "Well I admit it took a while for it to take effect it was when I threw that punch," said Izuku as he got ready to fight and so did Melissa as they were not done. "Amazing these two have countered each other and now it going to be a good old-fashioned fistfight," said present mic.

Izuku and Melissa then charged toward each other Izuku punched her in the stomach and she punched him in the face. They both stumbled a bit before resuming their slugfest, Melissa then dodged Izuku's punch and used the momentum to roundhouse kick him in the face but that is when everyone was surprised as Izuku spun his whole body in the direction of the kick and recovered as he grabbed Melissa's arm and through her a hard a he could to out of the ring as she wasn't expecting him to do that and she was out of the ring.

The whole crowd was silent until a person started to clap then it led to another and soon the whole crowd cheered and clapped. "Ladies and gentlemen the winner of the sports festival Izuku Midoriya," said Midnight as Izuku got out of the ring and helped Melissa to her feet She kissed him on the cheek then retrieved his capsules.

Soon it was time to present the medals "All alright everyone it's time for the medals and here to present them is principal Nezu" said Midnight as Nezu who was on Aizawa's shoulders walked into the arena and gave a bronze medal to Kirishima "Good work out there remember to keep pushing yourself" said nezu "thank you, sir, I will" said kirishima "He then gave Melissa silver medal "your father and sister are lucky to have you" said Nezu as she smiled.

Nezu then gave Izuku the gold medal then looked to the crowd "Izuku has shown us today that it takes more than a quirk to be a hero, we can learn a lot from him and others for he went above and beyond what other people could expect so let's give a round of applause to these student now everyone together go beyond" said Nezu as all the student yelled in unison "PLUS ULTRA".
