Bitter smell of the ground coffee beans and fresh espresso rose to Nick's nose as he turned his gaze to the menu. Bored, he looked at the various pies and pastry varieties when a familiar voice sounded in his ear. "See the target, Nick?" asked Alex, yawning. He himself was sitting in a car outside, pretending to read the newspaper. The weak rays of the sun broke through the thick cloud cover, the last drops of rain gathered in the puddles on the ground.

"No, not yet. Now shut up, it's noticeable when I talk to myself," Nick whispered, running a hand through his hair. "Yeah it's okay, big guy," Alex grumbled, even though he was the older one.

"What would you like?" the waiter asked politely, Nick opting for a latte so he wouldn't have to think long. Then the door opened again and a young girl, about Nick's age, entered the store. She had orange-brown hair tied in a tight braid. Her front strands were dyed bright pink, orange and red.

Actually, the colors didn't match the pastel blue sweater at all, but it still looked harmonious in the end.

The girl stood on the ceiling and looked at Nick with a sideways glance. But the boy was not interested in her at all, but in the man who entered behind her. He wore black clothes, sunglasses and a black hat.

"Target has entered the store," Nick whispered. "Keep me ready," Alex replied. The man bought himself a coffee, and while he waited he looked around. All of a sudden, he noticed Nick. After a few seconds, he turned and immediately headed out of the store. "Shit, he suspects me," Nick cursed and jumped up. "No wonder with your look," Alex laughed.

Nick tried to follow the man, overlooked the girl and bumped into her. The coffee in her hand spilled out and soaked Nick's hoodie. "Hey!" she called after him, but Nick was already out. The man turned the corner and started climbing up an old fire escape. "Quick, get after him," Nick growled as Alex joined him.

The two followed the man high on the roof, where he was about to jump onto the next one. "He won't get away from us," Nick hissed, deftly leaping across the alley. Just as he reached the man, another person appeared in front of him. "You have something I need," the person said, blocking the man's path. Nick and Alex stopped, gasping.

"No, not you again," Nick grumbled. In front of them was that thief again.

The Siberian Tigress.

What a stupid name, Nick thought.

"What are you doing here again?" the young agent grumbled at the master thief. The latter laughed briefly. "I see you missed me~", she said amusedly and made a theatrical bow. "Get out of my way!" the man complained, trying to get past Siberian Tigress, but she put both hands on his shoulders, jumped over him and knocked the man to the ground with a crash. "Lie still, I just need one thing," she muttered, grabbing the man's cell phone. "Hands off!" yelled Alex, pulling out his pistol and pointing it at her. "Idiot, put the gun away," hissed Nick, pulling on Alex's arm. "You guys got it soon? Do you want me to put my hands up or not?" the master thief teased them both. "I'll handle it," Nick growled, storming towards the girl.

"Okay then, we'll just do it on the hard door. Just try to hit me!" she sighed and put her arms on her hips. Nick tried to hit the girl with his fists, but she dodged without any problems and flung him to the floor. "Ha! What a joke! You just bent over like a straw!" she laughed. "Your comparisons and jokes are really bad!" exclaimed Nick annoyed, jumping on his arms and giving Sibirian Tigress a chin bump with his foot. "Fuck, that hurt," she cursed, stumbling backward. "No shit, Einstein! I didn't think so now!" now Nick laughed. The thief jumped back to her feet, but just at that moment the FSB agent tried to deliver his fist into her chest, but the girl grabbed his hand with her claws and turned her around. "Argh!", Nick cried out in pain.

"Nick!", Alex now approached the master thief, he started kicking at her with his feet, even scoring a hit and the girl stumbled backwards. "They say cats always land on their feet. Let's see if it applies to you," Alex growled, pushing Siberian Tigress off the roof. "I'm a predatory cat, you joke," she hissed as she barely managed to catch herself on the wall and leapt onto the barrels. Looking up, she paused briefly, then shook her head. "I'll get that coffee back," she whispered and disappeared into the alley.

Nick and Alex, meanwhile, had grabbed the cell phone and were looking at the display. "So this is where the black organization meets," Nick muttered. "I'd say we're ready to bring you in, right...?", Alex tilted his head. "Looks like it...", Nick agreed. The two had known that the man was from the black organization, and would have a meeting soon. And now they had all the data. But...why did the master thief, of all people, want the cell phone? Even at the truck, Nick had wondered. Maybe she wanted to prevent the delivery to the black organization, that could be. Anyway, they had what they wanted.

Now Nick just needed to be infiltrated. He needed a code name.

And a hell of a lot of luck.

"Oh yeah, I've got something else," Alex said suddenly. Nick frowned. "I managed to stick a tracking device on our beautiful master thief," his colleague laughed up. "Let's pay the cat a visit then," Nick agreed, glancing at the cell phone.
