More than friends

I had requested the days I needed off for me to go with Morgan to the ACM's like a week after he had gotten the date and when he was going to be in for us to meet up, talked it over with my GM and we had everything set for people to take my spot.

Amy had approached me as I was getting ready to start working, I already knew I wasn't going to like what was coming out of her mouth but I decided to listen anyway.

"Hey so I know you already requested these days off but ima need you to cancel those so I can have it off I'm sure whatever you had planned can be rescheduled but I have bigger things like attending the ACM awards to see the best country artists ever." She rambled

I rolled my eyes as this was going to be an all out petty party. "Look I'd like to but iv had this planned for months I'm not about to cancel this mainly because I can't, I actually am going to be part of the ACM awards seeing how I'm talking to Morgan and he asked me to go with him. I wanna say I'm sorry but I'm not so enjoy watching from the tv, now I gotta get back to work so I can get this week done."

I started daydreaming about how we would look on the way down the red carpet, if he even allows me on it with all the publicity. I started pondering on what exactly we were when his ringtone brought me back to the real world, usually he didn't call till I got off so I found it kinda weird.

"First off I'm sorry if I get you in trouble, no I'm not I could easily get you a job with me. Anyway before you get me sidetracked, I figured you would like to see first hand of what I got my hands on today." He grinned

Part of me was like "oh god do I go hide because I'm not about to share with this man with just anyone" the other part was "he done found another girl and he was fixing to break up with me" which he had a better chance with someone who could be with him all the time.

"Are you ready? I don't think you are?" He grinned "BAM look at these bad boys."

This man had went and bought new boots that were actually nice looking, and the other hand was our way into the awards. I tried to control my excitement but I'm bout to go to the biggest show with the biggest star ever.

"Now I gotta find the best outfit to try and outdo my girl because it's my big night and you can't be looking better than me, I already know you'll look better than me but a man can dream right?" He joked

"Wait your girl? Are we a thing, or are you just calling me your girl as in just friends." My heart sank

"No we're definitely a thing I just thought you'd roll with it, you know what nah I'm not about to be one of those guys. Bailynnd would you like to take what we have to the next level and be my official girl? I'm really starting to like you a lot, iv tried to keep myself from falling but damn I just fell way to hard for you but I'm glad I did. There's just something about you that makes you different than the rest, I have just never met anyone as cool and laid back as you, your not afraid to get dirty and your down for anything when you can."

My jaw dropped to the floor as I froze no guy had ever asked me out like he did they just assumed we were a thing, as he looked with a worried look Ashley ran up and asked what happened as Morgan was explaining she got disgusted at the whole "country dating thing" but managed to pull me back, she explained to Morgan the whole situation.

"Um uh yeah, I mean yes Morgan yes I will be your official girl. I uh, how do I be someone's girlfriend like this? Iv never been this kinda girlfriend let alone a celebrity girlfriend" I stumbled

"It's simple you just keep doing what you do, your literally the best girlfriend I ever had you trust me, always wish me the best and enjoy watch me interact with all those screaming girls. Honestly at this point I think we could take it to the next level."

"Wait let me put my headphones in so I don't make Ashley's ears bleed with our romance ha."

"Thank you! Thank you for sparing me of your gross country redneck yee yee romance that's kinda cute."

He rolled his eyes licked his lip and kinda grinned "Okay so anyway I gotta get off and get to rehearsal only 3 more till I'm back in my hometown with the most perfect girl, call you later tonight? Seriously tho I have to go or else I'd stay here and not even do my concert tonight, but I love you bye."

"Yeah, okay, yeah go don't be late I love you too bye." Phone ends

"OH MY GOD WHAT DID I JUST SAY TO HIM??!!"

"Did you just tell him you loved him?"

"Yeah but he said it first, fast, and with me off guard  then hangs up after I said it, why why why would he do that to me he knows I can't think fast enough when I'm being rushed into more than one thing."

About that time my phone dings I open it from Morgan "so I can tell we're both ready for the next step in the relationship, I'm sorry I had to do it like that but I feel that's the only way I could get it out without stopping myself. Seriously tho I do love you like iv never been this into a girl like I have with you I love every minute with you."

I held onto my phone so close and read it often to keep myself calm until I left in 2 weeks for my man.
