"Wake up Lyra! We are going to Hogsmede today!" Estella shouted at her best friend in order to wake her up. Unfortunately it didn't work that well.
"Five...more.....minutes," the brunette said slowly and fell asleep.
"Okay, that's it," Estella said. She took out her blanket and her pillow. She threw them on the floor while Lyra curled herself into a ball. She was wearing soft purple pyjamas with stars on them.
"Fine, give me seven minutes," she finally got up, gave a glare to the blonde girl and went into the bathroom.
"That's oddly specific," Estella murmured to herself.
After having a nice warm shower, Lyra put on her cream coloured shirt with a leather jacket and blue jeans. When she came out Estella said, "finally."
They went down to breakfast and sat down. "So where are we going today?" Estella asked.
Lyra made a humming noise before continuing, "how about you decide."
"Mkay, let's go to three broomsticks and honey dukes and i don't know but we'll figure it out on the way," Estella replied.
Lyra chuckled. "Okie."
Once they arrived at The Three Broomsticks, the blond girl sat down while Lyra went to get the drinks. "The usual please Rosemerta."
After Rosemerta gave her their butterbeer, she turned around to see Remus.
"Hi" he said.
Lyra raised an eyebrow.
"What?" he asked.
"What do you want?"
"I'm waiting in line just like you were. No need to be so mean. How did you like the chocolate from yesterday?"
Ah yes the sweet delicious chocolate. "It was yummy," she replied.
"Aren't you going to say thanks?" Remus asked, folding his arms.
Lyra chuckled, "thanks. Now leave alone, would you?" And with that she left.
She's so mean yet kind at the same time, Remus thought to himself.
After Lyra arrived at their table, Estella was smiling at her. "What?" she asked with a confused look.
"Do you-"
"No I don't!" Lyra said firmly.
"You don't even know what I was going to say," Estella pouted.
"Yes I did, you were going to ask if I like him. I only known him for a few days!" she exclaimed
Estella sighed and took a sip of butterbeer, "you know me so well."
"By the way, I got a game of exploding snap want to play here?" she asked.
"Sure!" Estella said, "but i just realised something. Since when did you have a leather jacket?"
Lyra looked down at her jacket before clearing her throat and saying, "it's definitely not stolen from Sirius."
Estella gave her a look.
"Okay! Fine I stole it. I thought of giving it back a day before going to Hogwarts but he left, so too bad."
"Are you okay from that?" Estella asked concerned.
Lyra looked at her feet. She really didn't want to talk about it. "I- let's go to honeydukes," she said quickly getting up.
Estella sighed before following her outside. She knew her friend was upset but Lyra was way too stubborn to talk about it. Once they arrived at Honeydukes, the duo started picking out their candy. Lyra got some lemon drops and while she was at it, she saw Remus approaching her.
"We meet again," he said, chuckling.
"are you following me or something?"
"Wha-of course not! I just like chocolate," Remus replied.
Lyra noticed the rest of the marauders weren't here. "Where are the others?" she asked
"Oh, they went to Zonko's Joke Shop but I said I'll quickly get some chocolate and join them."
Of course they were at Zonko's. Probably planning another prank, Lyra thought to herself. "You do love your chocolate," she changed the topic.
"Yeah well it helps me stay calm."
"Calm from what?" she raised an eyebrow.
Remus looked a bit surprised. "Um well you see.." he stuttered, "I sometimes um feel a bit...sad?"
Lyra looked at him curiously. "Are you alright, Lupin?"
"What? Oh yes of course," he said awkwardly, "I'm gonna go, see you later."
"Yeah...see you," she said slowly, narrowing her eyes at him. He was behaving really suspicious.
