A/N I'm so sorry for not posting in almost an year 😭 I hope you guys enjoy this chapter. Love you all. It's pretty long so yea. Also i did not proofread this I apologise for any errors
The next morning came and Lyra woke up early to visit Remus in the hospital wing. So she quickly got ready and headed to where the marauders were. She found them half asleep on the chairs while Remus was sleeping on bed. He looked very tired and had scars all over his face. Fresh new scars.
The sound of Madam Pomfrey's voice startled her. "Ms Black? Didn't expect for you to be here. Are you hurt?"
"Oh no. Just came to visit a friend," she said nervously. She doesn't if Madam Pomfrey knew Remus is a werewolf.
Sirius told her to come over so she sat next to him as he explained that all the teachers knew about Remus. They also knew the marauders knew but they didn't know they were animagi. Lyra nodded.
She turned her attention to Remus who was now awake, looking surprised to see her there. She told him good morning but he looked really surprised as he turned to his friends.
"Does she-"
"Yes! But don't worry no one got hurt," James said calmly.
"And she is kind of going to join us every month," Sirius started.
"And she is basically a marauder now," Peter continued.
"Her nickname's Starlight," James confirmed
Lyra noticed Remus looked awestruck. "Woah, I missed a lot in one night. But how is she going to join us if she's not an animagus? She could get hurt-"
"But I am one," Lyra said.
"Since when?"
"Since start of third year."
"How-"
"That's enough questions Lupin," Lyra said, "I'm going to come even if you say no. And also, I'm not going to tell anyone so don't worry. I'll see you later boys." And she left just before Madam Pomfrey came to check in on Remus.

Lyra walked into astronmy tower, took out her pen and started to draw a few sketches of a flower. She sighed and look up at the stars deep in thought. She had mixed feelings. She was angry that Sirius left but a part of her still cared about him. then her mind drifted to others things like her parents. She was sue to get the Mark soon. Her stomach felt like it had knots. She was about to leave when she saw Remus coming.
