"You're fucking kidding me." You say in disbelief as you stare at the black bag that contains a tent.

Apparently the school wants everyone to learn survival tactics. So the staff gets to be in the cabins while students have to build and live in a tent for the next five days.

The tents were all formed into a huge circle and had a campfire in the middle with a huge oak tree. The ground was dirt with a couple leafs on the floor due to the season changes. The cabins were close by the tents so the staff can keep watch of all the students.

"That's it. Let's go find a cliff to jump off of." Amani says as you both blankly stare at the bag.

"Whatever let's just build this stupid thing so I can knock out again. I'm still tired." You set down your suitcase and blanket by a tree; heading towards the black bag.

Amani sets down her stuff by yours then comes over to help you. You open the bag and take out all the stuff from inside, laying it all out in front of you and Amani.

"Okay. Let's look up a youtube video for this." She says to you and pulls out her phone.

"Amani. There's no signal remember?" You remind her. She just lets out a heavy sigh and puts her phone away.

"Right."

"The bag came with instructions though." You smile and hold up a white pamphlet that seemed to have steps in 3 different languages.

"Okay let's do this thing." Amani holds up her fist in what tried to be an encouraging way.

"Amani. No! Put that stick on the other slot!" You pinch the bridge of your nose, closing your eyes out of frustration.

"Literally, there is no other slot!"

You and Amani have been struggling on the tent for an hour and you're so close to just sleeping in the wild.

Everyone else around you two had seemed to set up their tent with no troubles. As you're both struggling you hear footsteps approach you two.

"You guys need some help?" A deep voice speaks up. You look up to see it's Taehyung and Jungkook. Rolling your eyes, you back away from the tent.

"Let them do it, Amani. We're getting no where with this alone." You surrender and sit down by the tree with your stuff.

"Okay good. I was about to die from how frustrating it was." She heads over and sits down next to you.

You two watch as Jungkook and Taehyung quickly set up the tent in 10 minutes. Once they finish they back away to admire their hard work, giving each other a high five to celebrate.

"Thank you!" Amani gets up and gives Taehyung a tight hug. You roll your eyes at them and stand up, grabbing your stuff.

"Where's my thank you?" Jungkook teases you.

"Up your ass." You say as you walk past him, not even sparing a glance. You enter the tent and set up your sleeping space quickly.

The staff had given you a pillow since you didn't bring one because you assumed the cabin beds would have everything. You lay down comfortably and snuggle deep into your blanket.

Just as you close your eyes with a peaceful smile on your soft features, a loud horn blares through your ears making you jolt awake.
