the cold metal of the silencer that extended the pistol pierced the side of his head as Ahzah held it tightly within her grip. she nudged it even closer before the words spewed from her lips, "so you just thought i wasn't gunna get it back in blood?" she chuckled bitterly as she saw him quiver slightly. "you thought shit was sweet huh?" she pressed the gun closer into his temple and it almost felt like she was scrambling up the words in his brain.
he stuttered and raised his arms in surrender before saying, "it wasn't even like that,"
she raised her voice feeling the steam shoot from within her ears, "so what the fuck was it like then?!?" her patience was running thin but she still found herself longing for answers. she wanted to know what possessed him to do what he had done.
"look i'm sorry man," the sweat began to bead down his forehead and he knew his time was running short. if he said one wrong thing, that might be the end of him, "i'll do whatever, we could fix this, i'll owe you for life just please don't kill me man," he was on the verge of tears as he rambled on in an attempt to save his life but what he didn't know is that Ahzah already had her mind made up.
"you don't owe me shit," she squeezed the trigger feeling the recoil shoot up her arm. the blood splattered across her face but she didn't care. all she could do was look at the dead body that laid in front of her. she shook her head in disgust at his last words of begging and pleading. it was such a sucka way to go out and he wasn't nothing but that. she looked over her shoulder and nodded her head at the big, stocky man dressed in all black, "clean this up,"
"of course," he nodded in response before he took long strides over to the now turning cold body. Ahzah turned on her feet and out the door of the shed that the previous events had just taken place. the old wood door creaked slightly as she left herself out and she made a mental note to have that fixed. the bottom of her sneakers rustled the grass underneath her as she trailed of into the mini mansion that awaited her across her acre long yard. the off white house sat on top of the freshly trimmed lawn. she had 2 palm trees that sat on either side of the house and the backyard was lined with flowers that she plants in her free time. she found it alleviating to tend to her garden when she felt overwhelmed with the stresses of life.
she couldn't help but look down at her freshly done short french acrylics and make sure they were still in tact. the last thing she needed was an extra trip to the nail salon because she couldn't help her hot headed temper although she had good reason to be. she huffed in appreciation seeing that all 10 of her finger nails still looked pristine. she pushed open the solid wood door and stepped into the kitchen of her house. the marble counter tops glistened under the dim lights and she took in the smell of clean linen. she looked at the digital clock that was installed inside her refrigerator and seen that it was going on 11pm at night. she hadn't had a meal since earlier and she was starting to feel her stomach grumble in response. she figured she would go get some fast food to satisfy her hunger for now. she sighed looking around for her car keys and cellphone. there had been so much going on recently that she found it hard to keep track of everything around her. she grabbed everything she needed before heading out the door. growing up, she was used to being spoiled by her whole family. she was the youngest girl and that made everyone around her treat her like a princess especially since her family was involved in illegal activity. many knew what her family was capable of and that left them with unwanted enemies willing to strike at anytime. Ahzah had to be taught how to survive on her own but that didnt stop everyone from treating her like the baby.
