Luckily for Jeremy, Vincent was home and he opened the door. He was surprised to see Jeremy standing before him.

Vincent: Jeremy! I didn't think you would show up. What are you doing here?

Jeremy: I'm sorry for being rude and for not talking to you for years.

Jeremy: I shouldn't have been so relentless when you and Angela started talking.

Vincent: It's ok. I knew you were having a hard time. But don't avoid me like next time, okay?

Jeremy: I promise I won't...I feel terrible disappearing from everyone for many years.

Jeremy: A lot has happened, but I shouldn't have cut you out of my life.

Vincent: Lisa said there was a possibility I'd never see you again. But I'm happy we are talking now.

Jeremy: Me too. I don't have any reason to treat you so disparagingly. It would make Angela sad.

Vincent: You care about Angela, don't you? Are you in love with her?

Jeremy: No...that's not the case, Vincent. She's only my tutor. Nothing more, nothing less.

In the afternoon, Angela was seen reading a book in the living room. It is about supernatural love involving ghosts, demons, and other magical creatures. Jeremy came inside the room to greet her with a smile on his face this time.

Jeremy: Hello Angela...What's this book you're reading?

Angela: Continued to read. Hmm not going to tell you.

Jeremy: Not going anywhere until you tell me what you are reading.

Angela: She closed the book and got up. Well then...are you interested in ghosts and demons?

Jeremy: Contemplated for a bit and then said. Not sure...Never read much about them. But I think it's worth reading them.

Angela: Really? You're not going to say my taste in certain stories is rubbish?

Jeremy: He sighed. I really made you think less of me, didn't I? But no.

Jeremy: For the first time, I won't judge who you truly are, Angela.

The streets turned dark during this silent light and a young man with dyed dark green hair and brown eyes was taking a stroll at night when he should be at home, safe from the dangers that could occur. No one was around him at first because everyone else was at home sleeping like a baby. Then in the distance, he saw a garden of red roses. He wanted to pick one up, but as his fingers reached for them, the thorns prickled them and his finger bled.

Young man: He said to himself. Oww...that was so sharp. My finger is bleeding.

Unknown to him, Lord Raiden appeared right behind him as he landed on the ground. He had sort of a smirk on his face. He smelled blood and he couldn't hold his thirst.

Lord Raiden: You look panicked...cut your finger, didn't you?

Young man: He turned around, looking a bit startled but managed to say. Yes, I did. But why is that any of your concern?

Lord Raiden: The smell of your flesh and blood is now impregnating the air.

Lord Raiden: I bet your skin is very delicate for one small injury...

Young man: You are very strange.

Young man: Since you're curious about my cut, I wonder why you are also out at 2 am?

Lord Raiden: Same reason as you I assume. You want to prey on naive, young women don't you?

Lord Raiden: Especially the ones who are ready for a lovely bite.

Young man: What are you talking about? I keep to myself and avoid all women.

Lord Raiden: Sure, you do. But the expression on your face tells me the opposite.

Young man: I suppose you couldn't get a woman yourself, motherf**ker.

Lord Raiden: Motherf**ker you say? We'll see about that! He put the young man under a trance and dined on his flesh and blood.

Lord Raiden: He stared at the dead body dropped on the ground. You asked for it, so you're the motherf**ker!

Valeria: Appeared suddenly. You finished your meal while it can't run away?

Lord Raiden: He turned to her. Humans don't know who they are messing with.

Valeria: Most of the time, they look terrified. But the truth is they can't wait to feel our fangs.

Valeria: What we give in return is a kiss of death.

Lord Raiden: I couldn't challenge your philosophy can I, Valeria?

Lord Raiden: He stroked her face. That's why you are my one and only servant.

However, the young man's body was still lying dead on the ground till the next morning. Two other random guys found the body while they were walking towards their destination.

Guy #1: Look at him lying on the ground...how did he die, man?

Guy #2: Rumor has it that there are vampires in town, bro...

Guy #1: There's no such thing...He must've gotten bitten by a wild animal.

Guy #2: Well, those marks on his neck doesn't look like it was bitten by an animal.

Jeremy decided to do something fun for the first time in 3 years. He and Angela were going to go for a walk together, but Angela wasn't sure if this was an actual date or just a chance to bring him out of his space of loneliness. This was also a very long time ever since Jeremy had a genuine smile on his face.

Angela: Pleased to see you aren't vexed about being out during the day so much.

Jeremy: The brightness doesn't bother me anymore. Ironically, I feel comfortable. Since I'm around you.

Angela: First, you consider me someone an annoyance...Now you have warmed up to me.

Jeremy: I realized I can't be happy without you...I have something even more ironic to say, Angela.

Angela: What is it, Jeremy?

Jeremy: He held out a rose in front of her and said. I like you...

Angela: She didn't expect such a reply from him. You're serious about that? I thought you saw me only as your tutor.

Jeremy: I used to...but everyday after meeting you, my feelings for you kept getting stronger.

Angela: She smiled when he said that to her.

They continued to exchange words of love and romance and they eventually embraced each other. However, they weren't alone. They were seen by Lord Raiden and he looked very mad and envious knowing Jeremy was still alive after all these years and that he's found happiness and love from Angela. He wasn't going to allow that to happen, so he thought of a way to separate them.

Lord Raiden: He thought to himself. They don't deserve to be happy...I should separate them.
