Act One: The Arrival
Chapter Six: Lena talks about her First Day at Forks High
***

Lena had just finished her homework when her phone rang, she smiled hearing her father's ringtone."Hey dad."

"Hey kiddo, how was your first day?"

"It was good, I made a few new friends, and so far everyone seems to be friendly, so it wasn't as bad as I thought it would go."

"That's good to hear sweetheart, so tell me about your new friends."

"Okay so Lauren is first, she was assigned to be my guide and show me around and everything, we became friends rather easily we're similar in personality so it wasn't hard, and next we have Angela I met her in one of my classes but she's also friends with Lauren, she's on the school paper and is doing the feature about me since I offered when I found out that she was on the paper. Jessica, we didn't get the chance to talk much but from what I've been told about her, she has the potential to become a very good friend though. And the last two well I wouldn't say that we became friends it's more like acquaintances that have the potential to become friends."

"That is great sweetheart, I know that you didn't want to go but I'm happy that your making an effort to make friends and everything."

Lena chuckled "well what can I say, I have a feeling this will be more interesting than I originally anticipated."

Phil chuckled as well, he knew all about those feelings, Kassia used to get them too and when she got one it was usually correct. "Ah yes your gut feelings, your mother got them too and they were usually correct."

"They haven't steered me wrong so far so I'm inclined to trust my gut feelings. Just like mom does." Lena talked to her dad for a while longer before she had to go because she still needed to call her mom. "Bye dad, love you I still need to call mom so I'll talk to you later."

"Bye sweetheart, love you too." After she got off the phone wither her dad, she dialed her mom's number.

"Hello, my darling." was the first thing she heard when her mom answered.

"Hey, mom."

"How was your first day?"

Lena smiled and then explained everything that had happened, basically she told her the exact same thing that she had told her dad earlier.

"Oh darling that's great, I knew that you would make friends today, also I am sending over the photos of the two designs I came up with for your bedroom I couldn't decide which I liked better so I'm going to let you decide which one that you want to use."

Lena grinned upon hearing that "awesome thanks, mom." her laptop beeped as the photos came in, and she pulled the email up, and opened it looking at both photos "ooooh they both are gorgeous mom, I know you only send them yesterday but I wanted to get you some results as soon as I could."

"Damn that's gonna be a tough choice, but I'll figure it out and then take pictures and send them to you, so you can see the results."

"Oh, Lena I can't wait to see which one you choose." Kassia got excited about her designs, every single time, it was her passion. Lena smiled at her mother's excited tone knowing how she got about her designs.

"Of course mom, you will be the first to see the finished results, well besides me of course."

Kassia laughed "much appreciated darling, now tell me more about the new friends that you mentioned."

Lena smiled and once again dove into the explanation about the friends that she made, but with her mother, she could explain in further detail about the last two, since her mother was part of the supernatural world, unlike her father, "okay so the last two I mentioned Alice Cullen and Rosalie Hale are cold ones, the vegetarian Bambi munching kind, so far they haven't posed a problem and hopefully with them going to school and acting 'normal' they won't because they live here too but I'm keeping them at arm's length for the moment just until I know more, well by more I mean enough to know they won't be a threat to me."

"Cullen you say?"

"Yep, that is what they said."

"I met a Cullen once, he was a nice man his name is Carlisle Cullen, if they are his coven then they shouldn't be much trouble because he is one of the only cold ones I've met that have never taken a human life."

Lena nodded, "Okay, I'll have to find out if that is their 'father's' name then, and if they aren't going to be trouble then I can befriend Alice and Rosalie."

Kassia laughed, "well do let me know if it is him, and if it is and you get to meet him tell him I said hello."

"Well do mom, I'll find out tomorrow at school." The blonde talked to her mother for a while longer before deciding that she should get ready for bed, so she can be ready for her second day at Forks High School. "All right mom, I better go and get ready for bed, but I'll talk to you tomorrow."

"Okay sweetie, have a good night, hope you sleep well and I'll talk to you tomorrow, love you."

"All right bye mom, love you too." they hung up the phone and Lena got ready for bed. She plugged her phone in to charge after setting her alarm she wanted to make sure to get up before Isabella for the same reason as the previous day so the brunette didn't use all the hot water.

Hi, I hope you guys enjoy chapter six once again not much action here but the next chapter will see Lena talking more to Alice and Rosalie as well as her talking more to Jessica, Lauren, and Angela. So it's looking like it's going to be Lauren and Demetri, and more than likely Angela and Leah but who do we want to put Jess with since we can't leave her out? A vampire or shifter? Or some other supernatural?

Here is just a thought that may or may not happen idk yet, but what if I made Jess a Demi-goddess who would her godly parent be? She would know what's going on but just pretends to be airheaded about things.

The idea just kinda came to me as I was finishing this chapter. What do you guys think?
