Special Chapter: Rant

So I already mentioned quite a bit of these on my dashboard but I wasn't able to rant about everything because of the character limit. Anyways, the last subunits of NCT that will debut is NCT Tokyo and then that's it, that's the last subunit that will ever debut. This makes me really sad to here since I've been a fan of NCT since day one and I was looking forward to seeing Lee Sooman's vision for the group panning out, but that obviously will never happen since the plans been scrapped. NCT's "limitless expansion" concept was so unique in an industry that seems to produce a lot of the same concepts over and over again so it's really sad to see it go. I feel like this concept really made the group stand out from the rest and really helped bring more people into the fandom. I feel like without this concept, NCT will lose some of its edge. That's not to say that they won't still be a unique group in the industry, because they will always be unique with how many members and subunits there are, but it just won't be the same. Additionally, it looks like all of NCT's fixed units (NCT 127, NCT DREAM, and WayV) will have full-length albums coming out this year (poor Mark and Haechan, please allow these two to get some rest SM!) as well as there being an NCT Unit/solo (I'm assuming this means NCT U will be coming out with something). There will also be a Ten mini-album and an NCT full-length album (since we didn't get one last year (hopefully all 23 members will be a part of this and hopefully the new members as well since the new subunit is debuting this year (I'm so happy for Shotaro and Sungchan since that means they'll finally be in a fixed unit after 3 years, just like how Ten wasn't in a fixed unit for 3 years))). Additionally NCT DREAM will be having a US/Europe tour (FINALLY!!!) and WayV will be doing a world tour (PLEASE LET IT BE WITH ALL 7 MEMBERS!!!). Some of you might be annoyed that I still consider Lucas to be a member after the "shit" he "pulled" back in the summer of 2021 but I assure you that I did my research before I made my opinion on the situation, so please respect it and don't attack me, just like how I wont attack you for yours even if I don't agree with it and think your wrong (I'm going to be respectful about it obviously since your entitled to your opinion and I'm entitled to mine). I think the whole situation was a mess and it really pisses me off that SM decided that now was the time to finally go after people talking badly and creating baseless rumors and accusations about their artists when this has been a problem for years (especially when they pushed aside both Irene and Lucas when their scandals happened and made them go on hiatus which made the situation worse. Like SM, making your idols apologize and putting them hiatus makes people think they're guilty, which then leads to people leaving the fandom (I know how SM works since I've been following their groups for a long time and know the types of stunts they pull so I don't automatically jump to conclusions when this stuff happens)). SM has a history of brushing things under the rug by either ignoring it or creating a distraction. For example, back in 2014 when the rumors of the Chinese members of Exo leaving were everywhere (which turned out to be true as we all know), Red Velvet all of a sudden debuted with the disaster that was Happiness (I actually like the song but the concept was all over the place), and then in 2020 when the Exo and Red Velvet bullying scandals were going on, Aespa suddenly debuted. Additionally I think NCT Hollywood was announced around the time that Lucas's scandal happened (if it remembering correctly). I think you all get the point.
