The first three hours of the day, my lovely mate (please note the sarcasm) sat next to me. Everyone was afraid to even glance my way. I didn't blame them, they are just humans, after all.

It was currently fourth hour though, so, thankfully, Robin was here with me. However, so was Adonis's Beta, Ajax, and T.I.C., Giovanni.

Giovanni had the golden brown hair with the vibrant green eyes, while Ajax sported the black hair with icy blue eyes that never seemed to thaw.

Giovanni drummed his pencils on his desk before he cleared his throat and tapped on the back of my chair lightly. I turned and looked at him.

"Can I ask you something." He asked softly.

I blinked at him. "Sure?"

"Do you like your mate?"

At first , I wasn't sure I'd heard him correctly. Why would he ask? I took a moment too long to reply.

"I apologize, I didn't mean to intrude," Giovanni leaned back in his chair. "Just curious."

I smiled sarcastically. "Curiosity killed the cat you know."

Giovanni shot me a pointed look. "That's true, but I'm not a cat," He spoke softly as he put a finger to his lips and pointed to the door. "Please make way for a very special guy." He sang softly with a Cheshire grin.

I was confused for a moment, causing Giovanni to start chuckling. The door to the classroom flew open, nearly flying off its hinges. I turned toward the door, my eyes instantly landing on a pair of storming gray orbs. Adonis stood in the doorway, instantly, his scent flooded into the room. The smell of an on coming storm and fresh rain.

"Eavan." Adonis said my name calmly.

I stared at him for a moment, trying to process how Giovanni was able to tell he was coming before I even knew. I glanced at the teacher, who only nodded his head a little too enthusiastically. I grabbed my bag and walked toward my fuming mate. I grabbed his free hand and took him away from the classroom, as far as I could get before we started talking.

We were down the hall from the entrance of the school when I finally turned and took my hand from his. "What is it? Why'd you pull me from class?"

Adonis didn't answer for a full three minutes. "Someone in my pack was attacked." His voice was calm, void of any trace of anger.

I could've sworn my blood turned to ice at this small piece of information. I took a step back. He watched me closely. "You're going to summon everyone in your pack for questioning."

It took me a moment to realize he was accusing my pack for his pack-mate's horrible outcome. Rage boiled inside me now. "What if it wasn't my pack?" I snapped.

Adonis looked me over. "You're speaking for every single person in your pack?"

"Yes," I stated firmly, somehow managing to keep any source of anger out of my tone. "No one in my pack will attack unless given a reason to."

He seemed to think this over. "If you truly think this, then you have nothing to worry about," he started. "However, I would still like for you to question them. Or I will."

I swallowed my anger, along with the lump that was forming in my throat. "Fine." I said with much reluctance.

Adonis's eyes sparkled with humor as he walked past me, toward the entrance of the school. "Come on." He held the door open for me.

I took a deep breath before walking out the school, the last thought that ran through my mind questioned my sanity.

All of the characters are the same, nothing has changed about them, with the exception of their names.

Before - After

Ginzi - Eavan

Excell - Adonis

Dayton - Giovanni

If you think either, or all, of the names should go back, it would be amazing if you said so, via message or comment.

Please, Vote, Like, and Comment.

That would help, like, a lot.
