( A Small Recap)

Faye opened her mouth to question me, but was cut off by a series of short knocks from the front door.

She wrinkled her nose as she walked out of her room. "Excuse me."

I crossed the room and nearly sat on her bed before I remembered what she had been doing on it only minutes before I'd arrived. So instead of standing up, I ended up doing a weird spin thing that landed me on the floor. Hard.

Groaning, I began to peel myself from the floor, stopping when Faye returned with a beaming Robin, her hazel eyes sparkling, a wide smile on her face, showing off her dimples.

Well, what's got her so cheery?

~~~~
"What's up with you?" I questioned, staring at an overjoyed Robin.
She squealed and ran into the room, throwing her arms around me. She sat on my lap and I was still on the floor from my weird tango-thing I had to do before I caught some type of disease.
She made no move to continue to speak.
"Wellllll?" Faye dragged out.
"I found my mate!" Robin shouted.
"So?" I deadpanned.
My reply was cut off by Faye screaming. She tackled Robin and they rolled across the floor. "I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU, BABYYYYY!"
Robin responded with a fit of heavy giggles.
Faye looked over at me, shooting me a glare. If looks could kill, I'd be dead ten times over. Most likely all of them very painful and suffering.
"Me too. Happy for you, I mean." I rushed out. My mind was everywhere. I felt like I was starting to get gray hairs. I was happy for Robin, honestly. But my occupied mind had other things to worry about. Faye rolled her eyes while Robin giggled out a 'thank you'.
"Anyways!" Faye said, capturing our attention while she detached herself from Robin. "We have news to tell you," She paused, tapping her chin, before continuing. "Actually, she -" She pointed to me. "- Has news to tell you. But, I know she isn't. SO, I will." She smirked deviously. "Ev has found her mate, Robby."
Well...
~~~~

It's been three hours, and they have just finished their teasing. Finally.

We sat downstairs in Faye's kitchen eating ice cream and talking about random things. Well, they spoke about random things. I just sat there and listened, too busy thinking about what will happen at seven.

A series of knocks sounded on the door. Faye and Robin grew quiet. We shared a look.

"I wasn't expecting anyone." Faye said as she walked out of the kitchen toward the foyer.

"Who do you think it is?" Robin asked in a quiet tone. I turned to look at her. Truth be told, I had no idea what to expect from this day anymore.

Faye returned, grinning mischievously.

Why was she?..Oh...

Adonis walked into the kitchen behind her, Giovanni and Ajax flanked on either side of him. My wolf howled at the sight of our mate. I was thinking of an escape route.

Ajax's icy blue eyes landed on Robin, thawing miraculously. Robin squirmed around under his gaze before dropping her eyes to the floor, smiling and blushing. Ajax? Really?
