(Unfortunately. I couldn't bring myself to write a giant chapter, so I had to write this one before we got into all the fight scenes. Sorry about that.)

Izuku didn't know what he expected to find once he landed.
He remembered Ozpin and Ruby talking about killing monsters, but he'd never seen the creatures. All he knew about them was that there were schools out there to kill them. He thought it was barbaric. Killing a creature just because it caused harm? They could easily restrain them and make them docile.
But then again, he had no clue as to how these monsters acted. They could just live for destruction and death. And maybe... maybe putting them down was the only way to keep them safe.
But Izuku was a Hero. He was taught never to kill, only capture and restrain. So if push came to shove...
Would he be able to kill?

A black bird was gliding majestically through the air, enjoying the freedom of flight. It was high above the ground, so no Grimm could hurt it. It was completely safe.
That was until Ruby crashed into it as she plummeted to the ground below. "Birdie, no!" She cried out, watching it fall to the ground with a splat. Ruby realized that would be her unless she could stop her descent. She quickly pulled out Crescent Rose before turning it into her sniper. She fired a few shots, using the force of the blasts to slow her momentum before switching back to her scythe. She caught a branch with her blade before swinging herself down to the ground at a much more reasonable pace.

As Weiss flew through the air, she pulled out her rapier, Myrtenaster, before summoning a large white circle with a snowflake pattern before landing on it. She then immediately jumped off of it, heading to the forest below. Hoping to find Pyrrha or at least someone capable to be on her team.

Ren descended towards the ground at an alarming pace, but he was not fazed by his speed. He spun around mid-air before using the blades attached under the barrels of StormFlower to latch onto a tree. He spiraled around the trunk before landing on the ground. He dusted himself off before hearing a shout above him. He looked up to see Yang soar above him, cheering as she flew
Yang fired multiple shots using her gauntlets, laughing and cheering with each blast. She spun around, enjoying her time in the air. The smile never left her face, even when she crashed through multiple branches and tumbled to the ground. She quickly stood up, a giant smirk plastered on her face. "Nailed it" Yang said with a smirk before running off.

Pyrrha pulled out her shield and held it in front of her body, shielding herself as she crashed through multiple trees. Every time she smashed through a tree, it slowed her down. Once she was at an adequate speed, she landed on the ground with a combat roll.
Once she got up, she saw Jaune falling out of the sky, screaming as he did. She held up her javelin, ready to throw, but hesitated slightly. Izuku words from earlier bouncing around her mind. But if she didn't throw the javelin, Jaune would die. She took a deep breath and carefully aimed for where Jaune was going to pass before throwing the spear with all her might.
After a second she heard a very audible thunk as her spear collided with the tree. What followed were seconds of silence that felt like years to Pyrrha. But finally, she heard someone call out to her.
"Thank you!"
Pyrrha let out a breath she didn't even know she was holding "I'm sorry!" She yelled back
