I was writing an entire thing, and I kind of just deleted it because it was unplanned and ended up being horrible, because I just wrote with no plan! I was hoping it would get the fanfic character closer to hunter, but it was so poorly planned it probably would've made them more distant. So, that's lovely. I also kind of forgot this existed, so, sorry for the holdup.

Your plans haven't gone well lately. There's been many reasons, but it was just upsetting. Nothing was going your way. You'd plan a picnic, and it'd rain. You'd plan something nice, like a movie night, and something would come up. Anything. It didn't matter. You'd began to come to terms with the fact planned things would never be as nice as a surprise. But you still tried, you even got a little desperate. So what if it was freezing cold, let's go outside and feed the weird monster birds!! However, your attempts had negative effects. The consequences of your actions were no fun. You got Luz sick because you got too desperate. You were supposed to be watching Luz, and you were. You were bored half to death, and just trying to suppress it. You heard a rattle that caught your attention, and then the rat started exhibiting more of the book it ate. "GUYS!!" You yelled to everyone, "C'MON!!" Everyone but Gus and Willow raced over. It said something about titan's blood. Whatever that is. Amity talked about how "since I'm her gf", blah blah blah. You said you'd stay, to look after Luz, of course. The next two-thirds of the day was pretty boring.

Time skip, I guess?
They finally arrived home, and you greeted them with enthusiasm before a recognizable pair of eyes met with yours. Your smile went from a happy ghost, to merely a ghost of a grin, to a scowl. Your cheery attitude formed itself into a sullen, morose aura. You abruptly felt a wave of bitterness rush through your body. "Oh, so, uhm..." Amity began explaining the situation, but you simply excused yourself from the situation at hand. You had no words to describe your emotions, the only thing you could do was glare and growl. Your two thoughts fought, those thoughts being "I guess we might as well forgive him.. Do we have another choice?" and "YES. WE DO. MAKE HIM HATE US." but with those two thoughts battling, you couldn't even hear them, as your anger was drowning them out, but ultimately, the winner thought was "threaten him. Show him not to mess with you, but don't make it too aggressive. Just enough for him to leave your found family alone." the thought rushed through your head, while a coy simper assembled itself across your complexion. With this sudden, new lack of rationality, you raised yourself upward and opened the door. You step towards the couch he's sitting on timidly and began to talk. "I don't believe whatever your story is, don't mess with me, and if you mess with my family..." you began to glare at a nearby cooking knife, imagining all the scenarios. "I'll fuck you up. So, don't make any schemes soon." before you knew it, he was slightly shivering. You wanted to say you didn't go too far and did nothing wrong, so you gaslit yourself into believing so. As soon as you stepped away, you heard him mutter under his breath, "It's not like I did anything to you..." you sharply turned and reminded him. "You tried to suffocate me". You then spun one more time to go back to the room you'd been hiding in. You felt amazing, just being able to get those words out. You felt like you knew you weren't ever going to forgive him, and you held onto it kike it was a promise to someone other than just your lack of thoughtfulness.
