Chapter 6: The Sleepover

We arrived to an empty apartment. I saw a note on the table. It said, 

Hey honey, sorry we couldn't call to tell you, but a very important work issue came up and my boss ordered that I head to HQ asap. I was planning on going alone, but your mother wanted to do some sight seeing and your brother wanted to go to that famous dinosaur park. You have to house to yourself! We'll be back as soon as we can. Stay safe! - Love Dad

I chuckled and put the note on the fridge as a reminder. I led the girls my room so that we could grab some pajamas. Ibuki started to look through my posters, seeing which bands I liked, while Sonia went on and on about how cute my plants were. While the two were changing I stepped out to order some pizza. We went to the living room to wait. We decided to have tv show marathon so that way when we got to an episode we didn't like we could chat in between. We decided to watch an anime. We got to an episode that was pretty boring so we decided to talk instead.

"I'm very excited for my first sleepover! When I was younger I could only read stories about girls having this little ritual." Sonia said, bouncing up and down. " I even wrote down a checklist of all the classic sleepover activities!" She proceeded to pull out a short piece of paper.

"We still have a lot of time before we have to go to sleep, why not try to complete your list?" I recommended. Sonia beamed with excitement and Ibuki agreed. The first thing on the list was eating or drinking something. We were still waiting for pizza to arrive, but I remembered that we had some cocoa, so we decided to make hot cocoa. As we finished making mining the beverage, the doorbell rang, signaling the pizza had arrived. After finishing our meal, we moved on to the next item on the list, pillow fight.

An epic battle commenced. I ambushed Ibuki with my pillow and she countered in record time! " You can not defeat me, naive Y/N." She taunted.

"That is what you think, hubris Ibuki!" We battled for what seemed like ever until we got so tired we called it a draw. However, we forgot one fatal detail, the other player. Sonia hopped out of No where and K.O'd us with one hit. " Wow Sonia, I didn't expect you to beat us that quick!" I said after regaining composure.

"Well as a princess, I won't always have a royal guard with me, so my parents did allow me to learn some self defense! I apologize if I hurt you terribly!" She replied. We decided to move onto the next thing on the list, spa treatment, perfect! I pulled out all of my unused facial masks and nail polishes. We decided to start the next activity while we waited for the nail polish to dry and for our masks. The final thing on the list was Truth or Dare.

" Alright, let's do this! Sonia! Truth or dare?" Ibuki yelled. 

"Hmm... I'm not too familiar with this game, so I'lol choose the safer option, truth."

"Boo. Oh well. I have a pretty good question anyway. Sonia, would you actually give Soda a chance?" I looked at Ibuki in shock. It was now that I saw No matter what I chose in this game, I would be walking on thin ice.

Sonia thought for moment, her cheeks slightly pinker, then she said, "Yes. Y/N, Truth or Dare." Now I was staring at Sonia in shock. No explanation whatsoever, and Ibuki was cool with it!

"Oh umm... me? Uhh... Truth?" We played a couple of rounds some including prank calling a pizza place, an embarrassing story, and even some gymnastics! It was my turn again and Ibuki was asking the question. "Alright, Mioda, I pick truth." She stared at me for a few seconds with a bored expression. However, it quickly faded into a mischievous smile. 

" All right, Y/N. I have to know the truth~ Did anything happen between you and Tanaka the day we got drugged?" I felt my face heat up dramatically.

"Oh, that's right! You two are pretty similar in talents, and you also are pretty close friends. Didn't you bring him to the infirmary?" Sonia questioned.

"Um... nothing spicy happened. He was just affected by the aphrodisiacs is all." I nervously answered.

" SO SOMETHING DID HAPPEN! HAHA!" Ibuki cheered. They wanted a little more detail, but I decided to start the next round. After a few more rounds, we decided to go to bed. However, I couldn't really sleep. Perhaps its better to forget what happened that day...

A/N- Hey. Its been a while 😅. I just got on summer break so Ill have more time to publish new chapters, but I do plan on taking some trips. I am SO sorry I haven't posted in like, a year. Ill try to update everyday this week except Friday due to some events going on in my life. I have some plans for the story I just need time to incorporated them.
