"Mew's POV...

Following days went very well until the teacher announced the exam date, and I looked at Gulf, who was looking like he would cry anytime soon.

"What happened?" I asked, and he held my hands, resting his head on my shoulder.

"Mew Mew, can you please teach me today... I really don't want to fail this time; otherwise, they will throw me out," he said, almost crying.

"Why? What happened?" I asked, raising my eyebrows.

"Actually, I got admission last month, so I missed a few chapters... Can you please teach me... please, please?" He begged me, so I agreed. After the end of the class, I brought him home, and for a few hours, I explained all the chapters to him. Finally, my mom came, and he began to help us in dinner, as me and mom always cook together. He joined us, and we all prepared a decent dinner and had it together.

"Good night, cute little baby," my mom said, ruffling his hair, and smiling, Gulf also greeted her. Then, he came back into my room while I was reading a book.

"Hii, best friend," he said, coming closer to me, holding my hands. Honestly, he's not even my best friend; it's just he always forces himself on me, telling me he's my best friend. I really don't consider him my best friend anymore.

"H-hi," I stuttered because he began to touch me more, and I'm a human, so I also feel something weird. It's not that he's a pervert... no, he doesn't even act like that, it's just he's too clingy without any bad intentions.

"What happened?" he asked, sitting on my lap, basically on my lap, holding my face, which gave chills to my spine.

After two months...

Finally, after our results, we decided to go to Rainbow Lake, which is situated in the Axardicta Forest.

While walking, we didn't even realize that it was evening. And as the little guy was too tired, so I had to carry him.

We went on and on, and finally, we reached there; keeping him on the ground, I sighed as he is a little bit heavy... I mean, cute.

"I'm tired, Mew Mew," he asked, pouting. Cute!

"Do you want to drink juice?" I asked as he must be so tired, and he just rested his head on my shoulder as we were sitting beside the beautiful lake.

"It's so beautiful, just like you," he said, pointing at the lake while looking at me, and it made me laugh.

"Are you blind? What are you saying? I'm not beautiful, I'm just a poor arrogant guy whom no one likes," I said laughing, but he, on a serious basis, held me cupping my face.

"No, Mew Mew, you are really very pretty. If I ever want a boyfriend and to love someone, it would be you and only you. I mean, I know you deserve someone better, not a fatty like me, but you are the most beautiful person I have ever seen. You are beautiful inside and out. I love you, best friend," although he said those words just as a best friend, but right at that moment, I realized that I love this guy. I love how he doesn't judge me for my looks, neither for my bank account. I always used to behave badly with him, but still, he always understands me, and now I know that I like him.
