Shortly after that day, things continued on normally for a while.

During the amidst of it all, Arven eventually came over and apologized to Sara for his actions, in which she easily forgave him, before apologizing in return for not only being a little rude but for slapping him across the face.

"Yeah, about that...I actually kinda deserved it, because of the moment where I grabbed your shoulder so roughly.

I shouldn't have done that." He mentions while looking away awkwardly a little.

"Nah...You're alright. Just don't do that again, m'kay?" She replies before giving him a light pat on the arm.

"Don't worry...I'll keep that in mind." He nods.

Overtime however, Sara started to notice the change in Arven's behavior.

First, he began coming to school late, his grades started dropping, then it was skipping school for a day, a week and eventually...more than that.

During that time period, Sara's already met and became friends with Scarlet, Nemona and Penny at this point.

She still has trust issues, but out of all four of them, she trusts Scarlet and Penny the most.

As of right now, it's been a solid month, and Arven's stopped attending school altogether...

"Osu! Lovely weather we have today, everyone!"

Gazing over at her Battle Studies students who donned their school uniforms and had their pokémon out of their balls, Ms. Dendra immediately noticed something that felt off.

"Hm? That's odd...Somebody in this class is absent. Who's missing?"

Exchanging looks, both Sara and Penny knew who was missing, among all the other students.

"Sorry, Ms. Dendra...Arven told us he'd be coming to school today." Penny says while raising her hand a little, as she's not used to the attention being directed towards her.

"You're alright. But, this is unlikely for him to not be attending school at all lately...It's been a month now, and he's still a no-show." Ms. Dendra sighs as she shakes her head a little.

"Could you and miss Sara do me a favor and try reaching out to him on either one of your rotom phones, after class? I'm starting to grow worried about him."

"Yes ma'am." Sara nods in return, knowing Penny isn't much of a talker.

Shortly after the bell rang, indicating classes are now over for the day, Scarlet, Nemona, Sara and Penny stepped out of the building and stood outside, while everyone else minded their own business.

"Finally!" Nemona begins as she stretches her arms out for a moment before relaxing.

Then she smiles and turns to look at Scarlet.

"Scarlet, can we battle again? Please? Pretty pleeease?" She begs with both of her hands clasped together in front of her.

Again? They just battled each other not too long ago!

"Nemona, cut her some slack, will ya? You just battled Scarlet before our last classes." Sara went as she walked over and lightly bonked her on the head.

"But, you know I like battling!" Nemona pouted.

"I know, but, still..." She sighs.

Unfortunately, that look didn't last long, because Nemona's face changed back to what it was previously, before she turned to look at Penny.
