"That's your CI?" Adam asks Al, as said man stops at the silos. "Yeah"
The lights on the truck flash and Al says, "come on" getting out of the car, followed hesitantly by Adam.
"Who we meeting Al?" Adam asks, closing the car door, "Al" then he looks over to see Hank and Maxine walking towards them. Adam looks over at the older man who says, "no use looking at me, kid. Go. You're gonna go one way or another"
Adam walks towards Hank and Maxine, he looks over at his sister, who shakes her head then he looks over at Voight and says, "Sarg, I uh—"
"Stop. You don't get to play this one" Voight says.
"I swear to you, I didn't have a —"
"Have a what? A choice? Hmm?"
"It was my family" Adam says and Maxine scoffs, "my kid sister. They were gonna take her son"
"I know what he's got on you. There's nothing I can do about that. What about Maxine? She's not your family?"
"She is. I was trying to protect her" Adam says, sincerely while Maxine thought it was a load of Bull.
"What did you give woods?"
"Nothing. I swear to you. I tried to give him a BS video of halstead in a fight. He didn't bite. He wanted more. So the money at the crime scene, the 20k, that was him. It was me. But I didn't give him the tape"
"The way I see it. You got two choices. Serve me up to woods or you can help me take him out"
"Sarg, I'm with you. I've always been with you" Adam sighs, "is that it? Are we good?"
"I didn't say that" Voight says before walking back to the truck. Adam looks at his best friend, visible tears in his eyes, "Maxie—"
"When you find my brother, let me know. Because this isn't you" Maxine says then follows hank back to the truck.

The next morning, Maxine and Hank walk over to Jay who is at the scene of a crime, staring at the coroners van, putting the body into a bag.
"What's going on?" Voight asks. Jay sighs and says, "Female victim. Two GSWs"
"No, Jay, what's going on, meaning what the hell are you doing here?"
