Velzard was on her usual activities for the day until she was asked about it.

Back on the frozen continent, she had other businesses to attend to; from eating those great frosted pastries that Misery makes to freezing her water while trying to drink it accidentally. Not many would call her busy, but the stress of containing her core is causing her to double-take steps in pain.

She was ready for a once-in-a-century energy release.

Already in a not-so-jolly mood, she didn't need a charming red-haired demon to try to butt into her businesses. While walking to the master bedroom of her frozen castle, her hair was yanked hard. Exploding in anger, she turned around and released air as cold as sub-zero in the vicinity. Water droplets that usually stay as moisture in the air dropped into little pebbles from the sudden change of temperature.

Guy's arm was crossed protecting his body from the attack, frostbite seeped into his arm. His arm then lit on fire causing steam to evaporate off his arms.

"Be careful there Velzard, we wouldn't want a frozen statue in here would we~?" Guy asked rhetorically.

"I wouldn't mind you gone for what it's worth," she replied bluntly.

"Ouch, a bit grumpy aren't we eh?"

Velzard fixed her hair and hair band. Scoffing she asked what everyone wanted to know.

"What do you want anyways..."

"Well... I wanted to know how was your little adventure."

Velzard turns around twirling her blue skirt,

"Let's head to the tea room."

Dord had brought out the rest of the remaining armor and weapon replacements for the trio of adventurers. However grateful they were, I could only agree that they were overreacting. The dream of building an empire with this weaponry being common sounds technologically advancing enough. The trio had left happy-go-lucky back to the Kingdom of Blummund.

Shizue had decided to stay which was great news, she had decided that training with our troops and giving themselves tips was for the best. Now that I had time to observe her one on one, she seemed much younger. Almost as if the old soul of the damaged Shizue had somehow been healed, I am sometimes surprised by the extent of abilities that Ciel can replicate and create.

<< Sometimes I believe the opposite of Master...>>

I believe that's sass?!

ANYWAYS.

Benimaru is taking his job very seriously, I had also tried joining in too.

"Good morning hobgoblin & tempest direwolf faction 1, I've been told you're the top of the top in swordsmanship." I had announced in the morning.

Cheers of approval and pride had resonated across the plateau that they had cleared to train in. Security wasn't ignored either, in fact, the number of secrecy faction alpha had increased by three-fold. Pride that I had for my Kijin followers had been bubbling up, essentially the backbone of the foundation that started up with weak, defenseless goblins.

Shizue was also standing in her usual attire, except for her mask which was now safe in her permanent residency next to my house.

"You all deserve the applause and I acknowledge it so." Another applause.

"However... I believe in the future we'll be meeting a stronger opponent, and you'll know them as d̴̯͇͓̞̼͊̋̏͗͝ề̸͕͓͚͕̜̎͆͘m̵̻͓̍͌̀͒̾o̴͜͠ǹ̸̦̥̊͘͝͠ͅ ̶̡̮͑̐l̶̲̦̝̀̐͑͜o̶̡̤̹̻͍̿̄̓̇̕ŕ̷̹̘͓̔d̶͖̅̈́̑ś̸̢̼̜̺̜̌." The crowd was silent. You could almost feel the tension stuck in the air, suffocating even.
