(CW: slight mention of somnophilia)
Dabi let out a laugh, and an overwhelming sense of warmth washed over Hawks. His laugh filled the quiet air, and the blonde couldn't help but chuckle with him. "Touya, your laugh...it's cute." Hawks' voice softened as the laughter faded, a small smile forming on his lips. The villain blinked slowly, his gaze dropping to look down at the couch, focusing in on the rip on the edge of the cushion. "I guess. Can't say I've ever been called cute." He let out a soft sigh and leaned back in the seat.
"Yea yea yea. For what it's worth, I like how you look. Shows who you are, even if you're not proud of it." His golden eyes locked with the others, and he noticed the visible tension release off of Dabi's face. The blonde flapped his wings gently, remembering how it calmed down the other, even if it was only for a few seconds. The white haired male savored the quiet throughout the air and the touch of it on his skin. "Keigo... Thank you." His turquoise colored eyes looked at the other with a depth of an emotion that startled him.
Hawks eyes widened slightly, unsure of how to process his facial expression— It was a deeper feeling than either of them were ready to admit.
Love.
Dabi would never voice it out loud to liking the other, let alone something deeper than that. The hero couldn't figure out this feeling, all he could do was sit through his confusion. "Of course Patchwork. I couldn't forget." The villain ran his fingers through his white tufts before standing up. "I feel like shit, I'm gonna go lay down and try to sleep this off."
"Touya, wait."
"Yes Keigo?"
"Do you remember what you said last night?" Hawks had a teasing tone to his voice. He couldn't help but chuckle a little at his own question. "Uhh.. no? What was it?" Dabi asked slowly, and raised one of his eyebrows in confusion. "Can I show you instead?" The blonde asked, not fully realizing the extent of his forwardness. He didn't have a clue what he was getting himself into. "Keigo, you're being weird, yea you can surprise me or whatever." He huffed and walked back into the bedroom before shutting the door.

The hero had gotten ready to leave work when Endeavor pulled him aside to ask him a few questions. "Hawks, you know where Touya is don't you? Please tell me where he is." The number one hero tried to plead with the blonde, but he kept his mouth shut. "I don't know where he is Endeavor. Trust me. If I did, I would tell you where he is."
"You've been in contact with him. Can you just answer this. Is he alright?" The hero towered over the blonde, and Hawks thought for a moment. Dabi was alright, but there was a risk of his father trying to find him. The number two hero looked down at his feet as his wings slightly stiffened. He was nervous.
"Endeavor. I haven't been in contact with him recently... but last I heard he was okay." His blonde hair fell in his face as he let a shiver run down his body, causing him to shake. The red haired hero let out a loud sigh before wiping across his face with his hand. "If you hear from him... please tell me."
"I will. I promise." A cheesy smile formed on the hero's lips. "I really have to go now, I'll see you tomorrow?"
"Yes."
"Alrighty then!" Hawks went for the window before spreading his wings, flapping them in the wind as he made his way back to the apartment. The sun set in the distance, and the sky was lit up with purples and pinks all around. The hero was pleased to feel the wind blow in his face, it cleared his head. Up in the sky, he was alone with his thoughts. He didn't have to worry about anyone or anything, he could just enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
