Hawks sat across from his idol, Endeavor, thinking about the talk he had with Dabi. Or Touya. He couldn't figure out what he wanted to call him just yet. The blonde shifted uncomfortably in his chair. He was in front of Dabi's father, and his mind couldn't stay on track to their current conversation.

"Hawks. Are you even listening to me? How did your meeting go?" Endeavor's voice was loud, per usual, which brought Hawks back into reality. The hero didn't get one ounce of information out of Dabi. He went there to dig into their plans and came out with nothing. The blonde sighed.

"It was fine. I met with Dabi, actually."

"So what did you find out? What are they planning?"

"They're not planning anything right now." Hawks blurted out before quickly looking down at the table in front of him. Endeavor rolled his eyes before resting his elbows in front it him. "Really? Nothing?" He huffed and leaned into the back of his chair. "Yes sir." Hawks pushed on the table and stood up before turning his head up to look at the number one hero. "I'll report to you tomorrow then?" The blonde gave a cheesy fake grin before heading out of the door.

"Woah woah woah. Before you go, I wanted to ask. Did you manage to find anything about them? Like Dabi?" Endeavor pondered over the question, waiting for a response. Hawks paused.

Fuck. The blonde thought in his brain. Dabi specifically told him not to tell anyone, but he didn't want to lie to Endeavor. Hawks thought for a moment, his eyes looking down and back up.

"No. Nothing. Nothing at all. Bye now." The hero quickly walked out the door, scared to say something that would put him in huge trouble. Arriving outside, he took flight back to his home.

The blonde stared blankly at the wall in the living room. He was sitting on the couch, his wings retracted behind him. Hawks knew he had to keep Dabi's secret. Touya's secret. The hero felt the urge to almost protect his identity. Or just protect him. He groaned at the thought of wanting to protect a villain, and he slid down onto his back on the couch.

His phone dinged, and Hawks grabbed his phone from the table in front of the sofa. The blonde opened the text messages. It was from Dabi.

~~~
The heroes found us. I'm hiding out at your place for the night.
Hope you don't mind.
Honestly, even if you do, I don't give a shit
The hero sat up and shut off the phone that was in his hand. His eyes closed, and he leaned back. Dabi was now going to be staying here. Hawks hated the idea of having to hide the villain in his home, but even if he said no, he would still show up. Dabi showed up unannounced last night, and he would do it again.
Soon enough, the darker haired male banged on the front door. Hawks got up from the comfy spot on his sofa and went to open the door. Upon opening, Dabi shuffled into his little apartment, out of breath. He panted a little and took a seat on top of the countertop.
The blonde shut the door before turning to the villain. "Did you tell them where we were? I'll fucking kill you." Dabi raised his voice, his eyebrows narrowing and his deep blue eyes grew dark. "Of course not Dabi. I wouldn't rat you out like that. You can trust me." The word trust rang through Dabi's ears, he wasn't one to trust someone so easily. His childhood made him into who he was today. How could he trust anyone's word?
The darker haired male took a deep breath before giving a response. "Yea right. You're going to have to earn my trust Keigo." Dabi jumped down from the countertop and slowly made his way over to the hero. The blonde started walking backwards, trying to not get too close to him. The villain was scary, Hawks had to admit.
