For two months, Sana was gloomy, eating little and spending more time sleeping. While V manages food and also Sana's flower shop. The bespectacled male would never leave Sana without 'food'. Because he knows Sana will not cook. Just look at the quantity Sana devoured, just a little. Even if V doesn't wake Sana up. It's true that yeoja will fall asleep more.
