Soviet carefully sat Reich down on the sofa and then sat down in his armchair, which was to the left of the sofa. Russia, Belarus and Ukraine had disappeared upstairs, only Kazakhstan was in the living room with Soviet Union and Third Reich. Reich saw a blanket and pulled it over himself. He had an inner coldness that didn't go away, moreover, he filled strong loneliness. Reich just wanted to get away from here. His thoughts were interrupted by Soviet: "Would you like a cup of tea, coffee, or a glass of water?" "A glass of water.", he replied, but didn't look up.

Third Reich supported his head with his left arm. But when someone touched his right wing, he flinched and looked at little Kazakhstan who was still so excited about his wings. "Kazakhstan, what did I teach you about politeness?" "Sorry!", Kazakhstan said, looking down. "Well, I don't care if you take a closer look." "Really?" Reich nodded in reply. Kazakhstan was delighted and carefully examined each feather. "Do you know more Countryhumans with wings?", Third Reich asked little Kazakhstan. "All I know so far is that Poland and her father have red wings and that there was someone else who had golden wings like me, but from I've never heard of black and white wings."

When he was done examining, he snuggled into Reich's fluffy feathers. Reich watched him the whole time and a warm, ever growing smile formed on his face. When he felt a big warm hand on his shoulder, the smile faded again and he looked up at Soviet Union, a little startled by the touch. At that moment he seemed even bigger than before. "Here, your water.", he said and handed him the glass of water. He took it quickly and thanked him: "Thank you!" Soviet was surprised because Reich had reacted differently earlier. But instead of pointing this out to him, he asked him: "Reich, would you like something to eat?" "Yes, is there soup?" "Yes, there is tomato soup from lunch today." "Sounds good." So Soviet went back to the kitchen.

< I think there's something wrong with Reich. > Reich himself was also wondering what was wrong with him, then he remembered that he hadn't taken his pills yet. Third Reich looked at the clock that was on the table in front of him and it read 5:18 p.m. "Soviet?" "Yes?!" "Was there a note with strange names in my jacket?" "Yes, I was wondering what those names are." "I need those prescription medications right now!" "Reich, if I show the doctors today, they'll need one to four days to get them." "Please, they're vital!" "Alright, I'll try to get them for you as soon as I can." "Good."

"Ow!", he shouted shortly afterwards. "What is it?" "Your son pulled out a feather from me!" "Kazakhstan what's the point, you don't treat a guest like that!" As Soviet walked into the living room, he saw Reich staring at his wing and Kazakhstan holding the black and white feather in his hands. Soviet went to his son, but Reich tickled Kazakhstan's nose with his wing, causing him to sneeze. "You can keep the feather!" "Really?" "As long as you don't rip another one out of me." "Thanks!", he said, looking enthusiastically at the feather.

Soviet Union tried to understand the situation when Third Reich asked him: "Don't you have to take care of the soup?" "Thanks for reminding.", he said, and went into the kitchen. After a few minutes, the soup was warm. Shortly thereafter, he brought Reich the bowl and a spoon. Soviet put the bowl on the wooden table in front of Reich and sat down again in his large armchair. Third Reich bent over the bowl and trembled, dipping the spoon into the hot soup. Soviet watched Third Reich closely as he lifted the spoon, trembling, from the bowl.

As Reich blew on the spoon to cool the soup, Soviet Union asked: "Are you still very cold?" "No, I'm warm enough." "Then why are your hands shaking?" "Don't know, at some point I just had it.", he replied before putting the spoon in his mouth. He quietly enjoyed the delicious tomato soup, but when he had already eaten half of the soup he felt on his left side that someone sat down. "Bon appetit!", Belarus called out and Reich thanked him in a friendly way: "Thanks, little one! May I know your name?" "Yes, I'm Belarus and my brother who just walked upstairs is called Kazakhstan."

"And what are the names of your other siblings?" "Russia and Ukraine are the two who were so scared of you, Latvia is upstairs in our room, Estonia, Lithuania, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan are already moved out, but of course they will come and visit us." "A really big family. I only have three sons." "And what are their names?" "Federal Republic of Germany, German Democratic Republic, but they are usually only called FRG, GDR and my youngest son Germany." "I wish I could play with them." Reich quickly ate his soup again, not wanting to say anything.

Suddenly Soviet Union got up and walked towards the kitchen when Belarus started yawning. "Are you tired?" "Yes, a little." "How about you lie down and get some sleep?" "Fine, but my siblings always get on my nerves when I want to sleep during the day." "Then I'll slide a little to the side and then you can lie down here." "Thank you!" No sooner said than done, he moved a bit and she lay down on the sofa and Reich carefully laid his wing over her. She seemed to relax a lot, breathing evenly. Soviet came back and his eyes immediately fell on his daughter. He looked at her with wide eyes and could not take another step, he was frozen.

He was shocked, in a good way. "Soviet, are you alright?" Soviet Union came out of the state. "Yes, all alright." So he sat down and still watched them. He uncapped the bottle of vodka he got from the kitchen and took a sip. Third Reich finished the tomato soup shortly afterwards and leaned back a little. His eyes fell on the little sleeping child that lay under his wing. Then he felt fatigue wash over him and his eyelids grew heavy. "It seems like you two should go to bed."
