Xenia fumbles with her keys as she stands in front of her apartment door, multiple bags lining her arms. She finally locates her door key and unlocks it, stepping inside and setting all of her bags on the kitchen counter, and slipping off her shoes. The short girl walks across her apartment and plops down on her soft black couch, letting out a sigh.
"I am so not ready for work, I just want to go to bed", she glances up at the simple black clock on the wall next to her, then rolling her eyes as she throws her body up off the couch lazily. She looks down to see her cat sitting on the floor by her bedroom door, "But I don't really have a choice, do I Gigi?"
The small creature meows in response to her owner as Xenia leans down to give her a quick pat on the head before walking into her room. Walking over to her closet she pulls out her work uniform off of one of the shelves. It was a simple outfit; a pair of black skinny jeans and a black tank top with 'Viper' printed across the front in white, paired with some black shoes of her choice.
She put the outfit on and went to her bathroom, throwing her hair up into a high ponytail, leaving out her bangs and a few longer pieces on the sides by her ears, then putting on some simple makeup to accentuate her eyes and other features.
Xenia sighs, stretching her arms up and letting them fall to her sides. She looks at the small shape on her wrist, the heart tattoo that connects her to her soulmate. 'I wonder who you'll end up being' she thinks to herself as she glides her thumb over the tattoo.
Her thoughts wander back to the last time it got warm. She was standing outside a local noodle shop on the phone with Yeonjun. As she was talking to her friend, she turns and sees a black SUV drive past on a nearby street, maybe 30 meters away from her. While the car was in view her tattoo was warm, the warmest it has ever been. Then it went cold as the car drove away. Her breath caught in her throat as she watched the car pull away. 'My soulmate was in that car' she thought, but soon getting brought back to reality by the voice of her best friend ringing through her ears as he approached her and ended their call. "Hey! What's going on?" the older asked, looking over in the direction of where the car previously was. Xenia sighed and with a hushed voice looked up at him, "My soulmate just drove by".

It was now 11 pm, and the club was starting to get busy. Xenia had been clocked in with Yeonjun for about two hours now. The first two hours of the night are always slow and it gets busier the later it gets. As the two are making drinks, music thumping through the air, they see more as more people walk in through the front doors. At first glance, you would think the building has reached it capacity, but in clubs that is never the case. Yeonjun gives the younger a 'Here we go' look, and gets back to taking orders and handing off finished drinks.
After another busy hour of tending the bar, Xenia stops in her tracks as she's carrying a case of liquor. Yeonjun sees this and looks at her in confusion, "What's up Xen? Do you need me to help you carry that?" he questions, walking towards her. She shakes her head rapidly and sets the case down, grabbing the older's arm and pulling him closer.
"My tattoo Jun-" she says quietly but loud enough for him to still hear her, "it's on fire right now". Yeonjun's eyes widen as he starts scanning the massive crowd of people around him, "He's here Xen, he has to be if it's that hot".
The younger nods in agreeance and also scans the large club, but not seeing nearly as much as Yeonjun since she is considerably shorter than him. Then she gets an idea.
"Hey I'm gonna do a shot walk and try to see if I can find him" she says quickly as she grabs the glowing tray of shots and leaves the bar, entering the crowd.
As the short girl makes her way around the packed nightclub she never feels the temperature on her tattoo change. It hasn't gotten any hotter, but it also hasn't gotten any colder, so her soulmate is still here, somewhere.
After another lap around the club, she sighs and returns to the bar where her best friend was, swamped with drink requests. "Any luck?" he asks, mixing a drink and handling it and a beer to a couple at the bar. The younger shakes her head and grabs one of the glasses from a cooler below her, filling the cold object with a dark beer from the draft. "Nothing"

"Come on Lino~" Changbin sing songs at the other while tugging his arm.
"I'll come with you binnie~" Chan sing songs back at the younger, climbing out of the booth he and Minho were sitting at.
All three men were beyond drunk. Their vision blurring as they stumble over to the dance floor, the shortest of the group hanging off of his hyung's arm for support. Minho gulps down the last of his drink as he slowly slides out of his side of the booth.
"I'm coming~ Just give me a second, my wrist hurts" he said, rubbing his wrist with a small heart tattooed in the center. He stumbled over to his friends and hung off of Chan's other arm, the oldest laughing and guiding the two others into the crowd of people dancing.
The three drunkenly danced together until the nightclub closed a couple of hours later. Leaving with the crowd and stumbling all the way back to their dorm. A walk that should've only taken 15 minutes, but ended up taking 30 with the trio periodically falling and laughing at each other.
