A Kotlc Sleepover: Girls

Sophie tugged on her eyelashes as she rang the doorbell to Everglen. This was basically her first real sleepover in the Lost Cities since all of her others were when she was living in the Black Swan's hideout with her friends. A lot had happened since then. A lot. Sophie still couldn't believe-"EEEE!" a scream interrupted, "YOU'RE HERE!!!! The rest of the girls are upstairs! Let's go!" Biana squealed. 

She grabbed Sophie's handed and dragged her into the Mansion. To be honest...it was basically a castle. Biana led Sophia into the ballroom, which had been re-decorated with fluffy pillows and blankets sprawling all over the floor. "Woah," Sophie muttered, "This place looks beautiful."

"Why, of course, it does! I mean, I probably would have rathered to go glamping in the courtyard, but this will do for now," Biana responded. 

Sophie scanned the room. Most of the people she saw were her friends-well, except for Stina Heks of course. Why was Stina even there in the first place? 

"She insisted on coming," Biana said as if she had read Sophie's mind. "Apparently she is obligated to come to these types of things because you guys are both on Team Valiant? I don't know, sounds like an awfully bad excuse to me. Obviously, she just wants to attend one of my legendary Vacker sleepovers!" 

"Yeah, for sure," Sophie replied. She wasn't really in a "sleepover mood." Back when Sophie lived in the Forbidden Cities, she'd never really had friends to hang out with. However, she did know that most of the girls at her school just gossiped and shared personal things with each other. Sophie wasn't sure she was up for that...especially since Fitz is the only one who knows about her and Keefe. She couldn't risk sharing all her secrets like that...she wasn't even sure if Biana was over Keefe yet. 

"Hey! Sophie's here!" Marella exclaimed. 

"Oh, hey..." Linh gave a slight wave. Things had been awkward between her and Linh since the whole burning-down-the-Neverseens-store house thingy. Sophie and Linh hadn't been on the same side of agreements and disagreements once since then. She was pretty sure Linh had a small grudge against her for hearing out Glim-Rayni. Welp, this should make things more interesting tonight, Sophie thought. 

"Ugh, it's you..." Stina looked at Sophie with pure disgust. 

"Yeah, it's me" Sophia gave a smug smirk, she was done with letting Stina push her around. 

Maruca sat silently in the corner, looking like she had no idea why she was there. 

They all stared in silence for about 84 seconds and counting. 

"Umm...well, anyway, how about we start with some classic party games?" Biana thankfully broke the silence. 

"Uh yeah sure, I guess" Sophie replied, taking a seat down next to Marella. 

"What about truth or dare?" Marella suggested. 

"I don't know, seems like that could get a little messy" Linh replied. 

"Oh! I know!" Stina said with a sly look on her face, "How about we share our deepest.darkest.secrets?" Stina looked  Sophie directly in the eye like she was prying private information out of her brain just by staring at her. 

"Oooh, yes!" all the girls said in unison, except Sophie of course. 

"You start Sophie" Stina giggled. 

"Um-I-um...." Sophie blinked...
