An interview, a concert and a reveal

Y/N's POV:
I was watching mom putting a bunch of my play things into another room, wondering why she was so worried.

Y/N: Mom, what's going on?

Nazuna: Well some reporters are coming over to ask me some questions and I'm not ready for you to meet the public just yet.

Y/N: I see, but why is mama being put in the room with me?

Nazuna: Just as a safety precaution because they already know about her, so if she walks out they will turn a blind eye.

Y/N: If you say so.

I said as I hear the doorbell rings as mama quickly takes me into the room while mom gets interviewed.

Michiru: Ok let's just stay in here and be calm.

We were in there for about an hour but while playing with Michiru I notice something under the bed and when I reached it I realized it was a spider and instantly run out of the room scared.

Michiru: Y/N, wait!

She said trying to grab me before the reporters could see me but it was too late as I hug Nazuna who looks down at me with a nervous look as the reporter looks at me.

Reporter: And who is this?

Nazuna: Well, guess there's no hiding it anymore. This is Y/N, my soon to be adopted son.

Reporter: So is he gonna be following your foot steps and become an idol?

Nazuna: Well, it all depends on what he wants to do. Whatever he does I'll support him no matter the career.

Reporter: So by that logic if he became a mob boss you would support him hurting people? You aren't exactly sounding like a good parent.

Nazuna: I believe this interview is over. Please leave.

I heard her say with a cold look on her face as he quickly left. After he left I felt the cold look shift to me, and just like that so much fear filled up in my body.

Nazuna: I thought I told you to stay with Michiru?

Michiru: I'm his defense, he got scared because of a spider in his room.

Nazuna: I knew I forgot to check for spiders. I'm sorry Y/N. Now let's get you ready for my concert tonight. I'm planning to reveal you during my show if that's alright with you.

Y/N: I have no problem with it.

I said with a smile while hugging her. That night I was dressed up all nice and Michiru handed me a small box.

Y/N: What are these for?

Michiru: They're ear plugs, concerts can get extremely loud and overwhelming so these will help muffle out the noise for you a bit.

She said as I take them.

Y/N: Thanks mama, but why couldn't Miyuki come?

Nazuna: We tried to invite her, but apparently she has Manga Con to go to today.

Y/N: Yeah, that sounds like Miyuki.

I said getting my jacket on with Moms help.

Nazuna: Let's get down stairs, the limo should be here any minute.

We went downstairs to where the limo was as the three of us get in with me sitting in the middle of them. I then notice Nazuna holding a yellow envelope which made me curious.

Y/N: Mom, whats that?

I ask referring to the envelope.

Nazuna: Oh, don't worry, you'll learn real soon.

She said which honestly I didn't know if I should be concerned by her response or not. We arrive at the back part of the place where Mom was suppose to preform at as we walk inside.

Y/N: Wow! It's so big!

I said looking around seeing how huge it was and I was a bit overwhelmed by what was going on. mama then helped me out my ear plugs in to protect my ears. The concert then started to begin as mama and I watch mom from the side of the stage where no one could see us.

Nazuna: Niw before my first song, I got someone important to introduce all of you to. Everyone give a big warm welcome to my new son Y/N!

She said as I shyly come out and look up at her.

Nazuna: However, I never made it official until.....

She stops mid sentence getting on to one knee handing me the yellow envelope from earlier. She motions for me to open it and as I do I see it was something I was hoping it was. It was adoption papers which brought tears in my eyes as I hug mom tightly.

Nazuna: Now you're officially Y/N Hiwatashi. Now people to celebrate Y/N and I will be doing a duet for all of you.

She said knowing I always felt more confident around her as the song she chose was one I knew pretty well called "Ready To". After singing everyone loved it as I went backstage afterwards hugging mama, enjoying the night.

???'s POV:
I saw what happened on the livestream and the fact that Nazuna was adopting someone who she probably didn't know what beastman race they were sickened me and I knew something had to be done about it.
