After ending the conversation, Chuuya turned around to take in the situation. It painted a conplicated picture.

The two older adults, from chuuyas perspective persumably Dazai's and the other guys parents, were standing at one side of the room, the man holding the woman in her arms, while she seemed to be trying to get over what she had just been told.

Dazai's brother, in the middle of the room, looking more lost and desperate than anyone he had ever seen lost and desperate.

And then there was Dazai, a vacant look in his eyes, standing at the other side of the room, doing absolutely nothing while blankly staring onto the ground.

Ugh, this was so annoying in Chuuyas opinion. Why did that stupid bastard suddenly have to reveal that he had family? Like actual blood relatives who cared for him and were still alive. When for so many years, he claimed to have no one waiting for him.

But now that question was irrelevant, he needed to get the four of them out of here, back to where ever one of them lived and get this sorted out, before anything worse happens.

Mori had just revealed who the demon prodigy was to a police officer and one other individual which he couldn't simply kill.

Geez, now he had to do something about this.

"Dazai!" He yelled, the entire family started staring at Chuuya, "You know my car, right? Go there and wait for us! If you're not there I'll turn this entire city upside down to find you, so stay there!"

Without a single nagging comment, Dazai got himself togethe and left the shop.

"So, now that that's done, you three, Mrs ehm-" Yep, he didn't even know there names, this was becoming such a drag.

"Tsushima, it's Mrs Tsushima" She interrupted a light tremble in her voice.

"Mrs Tsushima and I'm assuming Mr. Tsushima. I would like to apologize on behalf of my boss for what happened today. When he sent me to Kawasaki, I never imagined what kind of consequences that might have, otherwise I wouldn't have gone. ... I imagine, that you must be quite shaken up by what just happened."

"What do you want from us? Is it money? Is that why you're here? Or do you want to take away our son again?" Gen'emon asked irritated.

"As it stands now, I wish you no harm, I'm not planning on taking Dazai away again, I don't want money either. I just need you to listen to me real quick." Chuuya started

"Look, I would like to tell you that everything that the boss has just said about Dazai is wrong. Which could be the case or not, I didn't hear what he said and in the end it really doesn't matter. What you need to know is, your son is not and will never be a danger to you or your other son." He continued

"If that was the case all of you would no longer exist. And even after everything, no matter how wrong that assumtion feels, Dazai is still a human. I know, sometimes you might like to question that, but he is. I know it, I've seen it, not too long ago acctually."He took a break from speaking to let them digest everything.

"Dazai is human and he feels emotions, he can't feel the same emotions as you do anymore, but he still feels something inside of him. To him, those feelings feel wrong and confusing, he isn't used to feeling. That's why he's so mentally screwed. He feels things he knows he shouldn't be able to feel, things he knows he isn't allowed to feel.

He tries to get rid of those feelings with every method he can think of, because those feelings hurt him, they are painful, they keep reminding him of what he's lost, they keep reminding him of what he could have had. They keep reminding him of all the pain and suffering he's gone through.

But you shouldn't pitty him for it, you shouldn't treat him like fragile old vase that already has some cracks on which you try your everything not to break it. You can't treat him like that, it'll confuse him even more, he's not used to being treated like that, it's foreign to him. And you know what humans do to foreign things? They destroy them."

With that Chuuya ended his speech.

"Why should I believe a word you said? Why should I believe a word of what that weird guy on phone just said? I know who he is. He wouldn't just kill and torture. He can't be the demon prodigy. It's impossible. That prodigy is no human, there's no way. It has commited so many sins that even outside of Yokohoma everyone knew about it. There is no way, that that is my son!!" Tane screamed, tears streaming down her face.

In that moment, Gen'emon finally got to chatch onto the conversation, even to him the name demon prodigy seemed to mean something. There was a slight horror in his face when he seemed to realize, what this sentence was implying.

"Look, why don't you we all go to your house and talk this out. It wouldn't be good for anyone here, if we didn't. Not for any of you and not for Dazai either and if it's not good for Dazai, then it's not good for Yokohoma, so let's just settle this" Chuuya offered

"yeah, right, as if I'd show you to our home. How do we know you aren't just here to hurt or spy on us? Huh?" Itsuki accused him.

"If I were here to do either of those things, then I would have already done so and you wouldn't even have gotten to see my face. I get it, that you're anxious about this, but please let me help you get this sorted out. And be quick, cause I really don't like the thought of Dazai alone on an open street with my car. God doesn't know what he might do."

That finally seemed to do it.

"Alright then, we'll trust you, it's not we have much of a choice anyways" Tane said, seemingly drained and exhausted from the entire day.
