Cheryl was screaming on the floor in so much pain Toni grabbed the phone dialling 911
Assistant:ambulance how can we help you
Toni:it's my girlfriend she said panicking down the phone she's on the floor in so much pain and she's 7 months pregnant
Assistant:how old is she
Toni: she's 16
Assistant:okay try calm down a bit the ambulance is on its way stay on the phone till they arrive
Toni ran to Cheryl baby it's okay the ambulance is on its way Cheryl still crying in pain 5 minutes later there was a knock on the door
Toni:There here now Thank you she said letting them in
Assistant:okay to Toni I'll leave you with the paramedics she said ending the call
Paramedics:Hi Cheryl I'm Leo and this is Freya they said getting her on a bed and into the ambulance Toni following right behind them
So Cheryl where is the pain they said Cheryl pointed towards her lower stomach Toni said she's got pain continuously but the major pains happen every 2-4 minutes
Paramedic: he started writing down the symptoms and have you been being sick or any bleeding they said and your 7 months pregnant is that right
Cheryl: trying to speak still in so much pain yes I'm 7 months pregnant no sickness or bleeding she said the paramedic checks her out
Paramedic: he was on the walkie talkie she's 5 cm dilated and in very early labour he said we will get there as fast as we can saying quietly trying not to panic anyone
Toni: is everything alright Leo said Cheryl's in early labour and is about 5 cm dilated to early Cheryl started panicking Leo started talking to Cheryl about how it will work once baby's here we will give her a check up and you can maybe have a quick cuddle depending on the weight she is then they will put her in a incubator till she's a bit bigger it will take around 5-8 weeks till she's allowed home
Cheryl was just nodding while in tears Toni holding her hand the entire time
When they got to the hospital they got taken to the labour ward they attached a EFM machine to keep check of baby's heart beat they checked how many cms dialed she was and it had gone up by 2 she was now 7cm dialed she got pain killers to help and just laid in bed with Toni next to her
Toni:are baby girl is going to be born soon she said
Cheryl:I know but I'm scared she said are babies going to be in NICU for at least a month she said crying but having another contraction
Toni: is going to be alright she said Cheryl holding her hand really tight with every contraction she has
An hour and a half later Cheryl is fully dilated and ready to push the midwifes all come in the room and get everything set up Cheryl starts pushing
5 minutes later we can see the head the midwifes say Toni says a few more pushes baby Cheryl pushes then suddenly there was a tiny little cry They weighed her the midwife said she's 4lbs 2oz
Toni cuddled up to Cheryl baby I'm so proud of you the midwife came over to her with her baby you can have small cuddles then we will take her to the NICU ward
Cheryl held her baby close to her chest I love you she whispered to her baby smiling

She looked at Toni look how georgous are little girl is she said kissing her on the lips
10 minutes later She kissed her baby on the head before handing her to the midwife she took her to the NICU ward Toni hugged Cheryl we will go down to the ward First things tomorrow I promise she said before Cheryl fell asleep on her shoulder
