It was the 22nd of December and Cheryl is now only 4 days away from her due date and she is in court testifying against Harley

Everyone walks into court

Judge: you may all be seated.

Members of the jury your duty today will be to determine whether Mr Harley Carson Blue is guilty or not guilty.

Is the prosecution ready

Attorney: Thank you your honour I call to the stand Cheryl Marjorie blossom topaz

Judge: raise your right hand do you swear to tell this court the truth and nothing but the truth

Cheryl: I do Cheryl took a deep breath and walked to the stand

Judge: how did the video get in the hands of mr Blue in the first place

Cheryl: He recorded it without my permission the night it all happened and then threatened me when I said I was going to come clean

Judge: do you have any proof of mister Blue admitting these things to you

Cheryl: yes I do your honour I have video evidence

Judge: put it on I'd like to see it

They put the video on

Judge: okay Mr Harley what is your excuse for threatening Mrs blossom topaz

Harley: I was never going to put it anywhere I swear your honour

Judge: just answer the question Mr Blue

Harley: I don't know he said quietly

After 3 hours of everyone giving statements the jury finally came to a decision

Judge: have you reached a verdict

Jury : we have your honour

Judge: what say you ?

Jury: we the jury in the case of Americas laws we find the defendant guilty of the charge of voyeurism

Cheryl let out a huge relieved sigh

Judge: thank you jury for your service today case dismissed he said hitting the hammer on the board

Harley got arrested and sentenced to a minimum of 8 years in prison

Everyone stood up and walked out the court room

Cheryl ran up to Toni hugging her tightly with tears in her eyes filled with tears

Toni: I'm so proud of you baby she said kissing Cheryl and wiping her tears you did so well I love you

Cheryl: I love you too she said as they left court and set off to go get the kids
From Hermione's

They pulled up outside

How did it go Hermione said

Cheryl: we won the case so we won't be seeing Harley for a while

Hermione: I'm so proud of you guys she said hugging Cheryl and Toni

Toni: how were Enzo and willow did they behave

Hermione: yeah they were good as gold she said

They got the kids into the car and see Veronica walk out
