No NSFW headcanons because Karl has come out to tell us he's asexual and uncomfortable with NSFW of him (and to be absolutely safe to not cross that boundary, even if I'm only doing fictional characters, I don't make headcanons that are NSFW.) I also... apparently, don't have a lot of headcanons for them??? which is shocking for me, because I thought I had more, but... guess not.
First of all, Sapnap is a demon hybrid. He's got long pointed ears, long black horns, and a long demon tail, with an arrowhead. He is immune to fire and lava, which means he cannot handle the cold very well. Oh, yes, he has fangs as well. I also imagine him having cat eyes that dilate and contract, maybe he purrs, but has a tail like a dog that wags when he's happy but will thrash around when he's mad, like a cat tail. He has a very expressive tail- The tips of his fingers are black too, but instead of having a gradient between the black and his normal, tan skin, it's more like... this:

This also applies to his toes. And because he's specifically a fire demon, he releases steam from breathing when angry, but when he finally lets that anger out, he can get lit on fire, and the fire can get really hot depending on how angry he is.
Karl, on the other hand, is a bunny hybrid. He's got bunny ears on the top of his head, and a bunny tail. From mid-thighs and down, he has bunny legs! Because of this, he's really good at jumping. His leg also thumps when he's mad, he lightly bounces when happy, and his tail wiggles and shakes a lot when he's mad too. He gets random ass spurts of pure energy, where he just runs around, figuratively bouncing off the walls, until he burns out and plops down on Sapnap tiredly. He also has a stronger preference for veggies and fruits and doesn't care too much for meat. His tail is also extremely sensitive. And lastly... his nose wiggles.
Sapnap's the more jealous of the two. He gets jealous easily, he'll glare and will be rude to whoever is making him feel jealous. The best example I can give is this: Foolish is jokingly flirting with Karl, Sapnap starts off by glaring at Foolish from afar, but once he's had enough, he's right there behind Karl, probably having an arm around his shoulders or straight up just in a hug. If Foolish were to ask, "Is there something bothering you, Sapnap?", Sapnap would respond with something like "Yeah, you are." Karl mostly reacts by gently smacking Sapnap's face or tugging on his demon tail.
Now, Karl is much tamer in comparison. Instead of being angry or sad, he just gets clingy. If Karl gets jealous, he just goes to Sapnap and will hug him, give him kisses, hold his hand, and small gestures like that. He likes being able to get Sapnap's attention back on him.

Sapnap's pet names for Karl: Baby, Spirals, pretty boy, sweetie, honey bear (rarely, only when Sapnap feels cuddly), bunny, bun bun, honeybun (also rarely and when Sapnap feels cuddly), hot buns (but only to tease him)
