DSMP Headcanons and Other Stuff

Bench Trio Headcanons!

btw, the amount of fucking tommy/tubbo/ranboo x readers on this fucking website/app is disgusting. block and report anyone that writes that shit, you guys. that is fucking vile and if you write or support that shit, get out, and let the door slam you while you're on your way out.

Now, onto the headcanons.

I do have a few nicknames in mind that I believe Ranboo and Tubbo would use (in canon because they are married). Both Ranboo and Tubbo already have some pretty weird and funny sort of nicknames for each other that you can find in some of the old SMP streams, not lore-related streams, but just casual streams, like I remember this one clip of Ranboo just mining and they were on a voice call and chatting, and one of them said some weird ass nickname, but I don't quite remember what the nickname was... but I do think they're pretty silly.
Anyways, here are the nicknames I thought of:
Tubbo only really uses "Boo", and I definitely imagine him calling them "tall man" or "slenderman" a lot.
Ranboo's different, he's pretty soft so he uses "Bo", "Honeybee", "Flower", and "Blossom". I think he only really uses those nicknames when Tubbo's stressed or upset.

Additionally to upset Tubbo, he really, really struggled with self-image issues after his execution. He was extremely insecure about his scars, which is a big reason why he began to wear his hair in front of his face and wear long clothes that covered up everything.
I imagine that he avoided mirrors for a long time because he believed that the scars made him look ugly. He had hallucinations, night terrors, and numerous days where all he did was hide away from everyone; not just because he didn't want them to see all of his scars, but because he was seeing hallucinations, he thought that Techno and/or Schlatt were out to get him.
That's part of the reason I believe Tubbo chose to exile Tommy. Not only was Dream manipulating Tubbo to do it, but Tubbo was so anxious, hysteric even, he was so clouded by the illusion, that he didn't know what was real, what was fake, it was like tunnel vision.

I definitely think that Ranboo helped a lot with Tubbo's insecurities, using himself as an example because he too was insecure about their own scars, simply from crying and running into rain or water. Ranboo understands what it's like to feel insecure over scars and he obviously can relate to that feeling of going crazy, hallucinating, and being easy to manipulate by others because they have experienced it all before.
Ranboo and Tubbo are probably one of my favorite duos on the whole SMP because they have such good chemistry, everything about them works so well with each other because there are so many things they have in common, not to mention that they both have shared similar experiences with each other.

I wish I could talk about them more because I genuinely like how they interact, but it's such a touchy subject because of characters vs. content creators, romantic vs. platonic, and everyone debating on why they haven't seemed to be talking...
That's why I'm going to say it right now: My headcanons for Tubbo and Ranboo, refer to their characters on the DSMP, and the characters only. If they come out and say they don't feel comfortable with their characters being shipped, then that's all I need to take these down and never even think about it again.
Additionally, even despite that, I'm not going to even think about any sort of overly-romantic headcanons or anything that may come off as too invasive, simply because I don't want to spark anything weird and I do not want to even be harassed over this if something does start. However other people react to this or say they were inspired by me, doesn't matter what anyone says, I do not want to start anything, and whatever other people start, is not my fault, or responsibility.
Lastly, it's not up to any of us to debate why they haven't been talking publicly. It is none of our business. Whether it was something personal, or not, it's simply none of our business. And freaking out about them talking publicly is not going to help the situation.
