From Lovers...To Nothing

Part 3

Loki, Bruce and you were walking down the streets of Manhattan, looking at shops.

"So, what did you need?" Bruce looks at you.

"Welllll I want to get rid of the mattress in my room. So, we are getting a new mattress." You say before you walk into the shop.

You walk over to one bed and lay on it. "I like this one... Very comfy" you nod your head.

You lay there for a minute with your eyes closed forgetting you're not home. All of a sudden you feel someone jump on the other side of the bed and you jump up. "What the hell was that?!?" You look behind you and see Loki looking up at you.

"So, is this the one you're getting?" he smiles.

You look away... "I was thinking about it... I'm not sure though..."

"If you don't get it Y/N. I will get it for myself" Loki says before jumping up and walking over to a worker.

You run after Loki. "Hey! I'm getting it."

Loki stops in his tracks right before he reaches the worker. Loki turns his head a bit to you. "Go ahead."

You walk over to the worker and tell them what mattress you'd like. The worker helps you and rings up your total.

The worker tells you that they will have someone ship out the mattress later that day.

"Thank you so much!" You yell to the worker as you leave.

"Is there anywhere you guys would like to go?" You turn around and look at Bruce and Loki.

"I don't feel too well right now. I need some food" Bruce mumbles.

"Yes food!" Loki says. "What would you guys like to eat?"

You look at Bruce and Loki... "Anything is okay with me" you say smiling.

"I know this great cafe we can go to" Loki says. "I uh..." he clears his throat. "I go here a lot... to read."

Bruce looks at Loki then at you. "Well, I don't have my wallet. I have to go back and grab it."

Bruce walks off and yells "Order for you two. I'll be back soon!"

Loki turns and looks at you.

"Shall we?" he says as he leads you to the cafe.

You walk in with Loki and sit at a table fit for two people. "What would you like?" Loki asks.

"Um... I'm not sure. I've never been here before" you say before looking down at the menu.

"That's okay. Take your time." Loki smiles at you.
