I stand up and walk back to my house. I didn't wander very far this time. I go inside and walk up to the bathroom. i strip off my clothes and walk into my shower. the hot water drizzles down my head. finally, I have a chance to think.
Two hours later I am upstairs in my bedroom. and I hear the floor behind me creak. I take out my ear buds. I look behind me and see that ancient old man again. "who are you, what do you want, how old are you?" he smiles gently. "so full of questions now aren't we." I give no reply and just keep staring at him. he opens his mouth to speak. "now now, I will answer all of your questions but in good time. I can help you." my eyes must have widened and I must have had a dumb look on my face, because he laughed. "I can help you control your powers." I am so excited that I can hardly contain it. "how would you do that and how did you know?" he taps his head."trust me." and for some odd reason I do trust him.
