BUFFY WAS BASICALLY IGNORING JOHN B THE WHOLE THE RIDE THERE. Buffy stayed silent ignoring whatever Pope and Jj were talking about. She just stare off into space replaying John B and Sarah in her head over and over again. The group got there and sat all around the bonfire that Jj had just made.

"Hey, guys. So, like, my dad's already gonna kill me. So what is this mandatory meeting about?" Pope questioned making John B and Jj give each other a look.

"Might as well tell him, man, before we're gaffed." Jj stated playing with the stick in his hand.

"You ready for this?" John B asked looking over Buffy who just nodded her head and Kiara said a quick 'yeah.'

"So, the gold never went down with the Royal Merchant." John B spoke in a low and dragged out manner.

"So, the gold never went down with the Royal Merchant." Buffy mocked imitating the low dragged out manner only making John B sigh in frustration at the drunk girl.

"I'm serious-" John B was cut off by Pope.

"Oh my god, Here we go again with this." Pope commented you could hear the annoyance in his voice.

"No hear him out, all right?" Jj said looking between Buffy and Pope.

"It's been here the whole time." John B says with slight pause so the group can soak it in. "It's on the island." He finished looking over at Kiara.

"Are you serious? Oh my god." She spoke up in a state of shock.

"Before any comments let me present you with my evidence." John B got this piece of paper out of his bag. "I have a letter for Denmark Tanny." He stood up standing on the fallen tree log.

Buffy rolled her eyes thought he looked like some theater kid with all the dramatics. "Do you really need to stand up?" She remarked making the boy pointed at her.

"Yes, I do. Can you hush I'm not done?" He snapped has then Buffy groaned leaning back.

"Who the hell is that?"

"Denmark Tanny was a slave that survived the royal Merchant wreck. Here you go." He informed giving Kiara the letter. Buffy leaned next to Kiara looking over the letter. "Okay, slaves weren't meant Jones as crew members on the ship. But dad he found the complete manifest. That was his big discovery. So Tanny used the gold from the Merchant to buy his freedom." He whistled, Buffy had passed the letter along to Jj who gave it to Pope.

"Drumroll, please, because that farm is..." John B says Kiara started tapping her her hand around making drumming sounds. "Tannyhill Plantation."

"Tannyhill?"

"Yeah. So, after that, he used his money to free even more slaves and then sold a shit-ton of rice, which pisses off all the white planters. And then they decide to lynch him." He stated giving glances to Buffy, Pope and Kiara. "So on the day they were coming to get him so he writes a letter to his son as a farewell, and in the last line of that letter,he gives coded message about where to find the gold." He smirked at Kiara stepping towards her.

"Where?"

"Harvest the wheat in parcel nine, near the water. Expect there's no wheat. You see, wheat is code for gold. Check this out." He continued walking over to Pope pointing at the paper and repeating himself. "All we need is an original survey map of the property, and we've found the gold."
