Care, love, and a Cannibal (horror x farmer/ bloodycrops)

<chapter four>

(hello! still surprised people have read this. Sorry, this took kind of long I had writers block, arts not mine, Anyway gonna start now)

(Farmers pov)

'Did. He. Actually. Just. Say. That.' I look over at Paps, he looks confused, understandably, but also appalled. "UHHHH...NO...?" Paps said as if it was a question, I look back at Horror who still looked uneasy, 'I have no idea what happened to this guy, but wherever he comes from doesn't sound like a good time'. "I... can make ya something else if you'd like?" I offered, he looked embarrassed and guilty as he nodded "...sorry" horror apologized to Paps "IT'S QUITE ALRIGHT, BUT I DO HAVE ONE QUESTION" Paps replied as I grabbed horrors plate. I walked into the kitchen and heard Paps say, "WHY WOULD ANYONE USE HUMAN IN SPAGHETTI?" 'Welp that sounds like a fun conversation that I don't want to be a part of...' I thought as I strained to listen while also trying to think of what to make for horror.

(Horrors pov)

My mind was flashing to all the horrible things that had happened in my au. "Uh..." I tried to reply to the papyrus's question, but honestly, I couldn't think of an answer that wouldn't freak him out. "...no... reason" I looked down at my lap. The papyrus didn't reply, but I wasn't going to look back up. We both sat in silence for a few minutes before the papyrus left to the kitchen with a dirty plate. 'He...probably wants me to leave...if I could, I would...' At this point I just wanted to escape to my room, and... just not be here.

Even though I could tell the papyrus was trying to be quiet I still heard him from the kitchen "YOU'RE GUEST IS STRANGE" I heard a slight chuckle "is that a bad thing?" Farmer replied. I smiled at that reply '...maybe it isn't', then I realized how fucking cheesy my stupid brain was being 'get a grip horror...you'll be out of here before you know it and then you can go back to...dusting' I glared at my lap. "What did your lap do to you?" I looked up to see farmer grinning lazily across the table. I stayed silent, and just looked back down again. I heard farmer sigh and get up, I assumed he walked away, until his hand hovered over my lap "come on, I wanna show you something" he urged. I slowly grabbed his hand and got up, he led me to the door the papyrus entered through and opened it.

"Woah..." I looked around at all the greenery, as farmer led me. I looked at the horizon and the sun was setting, 'it's...really pretty' I thought as I continued to look around this place. Eventually we reached a tree on a hill, it overlooked all the farmland "this is my favorite spot" he smiled as he put his hands in his pockets. "For what?" I asked looking back at him instead of the view "anything really, but usually naps" he grinned. I hummed in reply and turned back to the view 'I've seen a lot of aus...but this one looks so...different...' 

(Farmers pov)

I sat at the base of the tree and just kind of watched horror look at the view. Eventually my eye sockets felt heavy, and before I knew it, sleep had taken me.

(Horrors pov)

After a bit I turned back to farmer, who had fallen asleep at the trunk of the tree. "...heh" I smiled. It was getting dark, so after a very tedious mental debate, I picked farmer up and carried him inside (princess carry style woo). I set him down on the couch, because I didn't want to enter his room without permission. 'Man, I never got food...eh I'm used to that' I shrugged and grabbed a blanket from a nearby basket. I put it over farmer and sat in the armchair that farmer was in when I first woke up. Someone had lit a fire in the fireplace as well, it was so warm...cozy. I yawned and walked up to my room. I decided to use the tape recorder before sleeping.

"This au is...really beautiful. Everything about it is cozy and warm...nothing like horrortale. There's so much life around...well kinda...I didn't see anything or anyone outside besides farmland. Must get lonely around here. I'm pretty sure the Papyrus doesn't like me, can't blame him. The sans of this au is...nice, surprisingly. Nothing like boss and them. Seems like this au isn't like anything...farm looked...never mind."

I clicked the top button, turned off the light and pretty much flopped onto the bed, falling asleep quickly.
