<chapter seven>

(Horrors Pov)

A few more days had passed, I knew eventually I would have to leave, in fact I could now if I wanted to. But I don't want to leave here. Everything is perfect here, and farm he...made me happy? It's strange to say the least, but every little thing farm did made me happy. The cute way he scrunched his nose when he laughed, the way he would hum while doing anything. All of it. I knew he didn't feel the same way...no one would ever feel that way about me. But...I don't think I could ever bring myself to leave. I sighed and looked around the quaint little room I had been given, everything about it screamed farm. I smiled to myself, 'maybe I don't have to leave? I could...stay? Maybe the boss gave up on me...he always did say we we're replaceable' I convinced myself. Even though deep down I knew, it wasn't true.

(Farms Pov)

I was sitting on the porch swing, because why not? It's a beautiful day outside, might as well enjoy it right? I heard the front door open, horror stepped out. A smile found its way to my face, "Heya" I waved lazily. He looked over at me and smiled back "hi" he replied. He sat down next to me, and we both just sat in peaceful silence for a while before he turned to me "...hey uh farm?" I hummed in response, my eyes closed, I was relaxing after all. "Could I... ask ya' something?" He sounded nervous. "Go ahead pal" I didn't move from my position or open my eyes, simply because I was too tired. "...do...do I...am I a bother?" He seemed embarrassed to even be asking. I opened my eyes and looked at him surprised "not even in the slightest, quite the opposite actually" I leaned my body on him "you're a pleasure". I could feel his entire body tense, I snickered silently to myself 'you're so cute when you're embarrassed' but then he did something I didn't expect. He leaned his head on mine "...the pleasures all mine" he mumbled; I could feel my face blush. "I... uh-you...um" I stuttered and breathily laughed nervously. He laughed heartily at my pathetic attempt to communicate "seems you're the flustered one this time around" I could practically hear his smirk. I honestly didn't know how to react, I always teased him, but he never did it back...I kinda like it? I laughed "well how the tables have turned" I leaned closer onto him; it was comforting. After a while I started to doze off, I knew I should've, and could've, moved off of horror, but he was just so cozy. So, I happily fell asleep. 

(Horrors Pov)

After a bit I heard a soft snoring, I looked at farm. He fell asleep on me, a smile crept onto my face. "...bein' that cute should be illegal" I muttered looking back to the porch view, it probably wasn't anything special to farm, but I thought the view of the land from here was amazing. Well, everything here seemed to either amaze me, or be amazing and farm seemed to do both. You wouldn't hear me complaining if no one ever found me here. Honestly, I hoped they didn't, somehow this au had made me feel at home in mere days, when everywhere else never did. Not my au, not bosses castle, nowhere. I looked back at farm 'it's you that makes this place a home, honestly, if you weren't here...this au wouldn't be either...' I gazed at how his chest rose up and down calmly as he slept, then I got an idea. I shook my head violently, it was stupid. 'That would never...he would never...I could never...never.' I bore into myself. I looked back at him. 

'Unless...?' I sighed, 'no...at least not now' I laid my head over farms and soon enough I was asleep as well.

(Farmers Pov)

I opened my eyes 'oh I'm still here' I looked up slightly to see what was on my skull. It was horror, sleeping peacefully, a small smile appeared on my face. I also noticed his arm was wrapped around me, almost protectively? 'Heh, you big teddy bear' I blushed slightly, I glanced over to the porch view, sunset. 'I should probably wake him up...but he's so cute right now' I whined internally, and had an internal argument, before the rational side won. I nudged horror "wake up sunshine" I smirked; he made a low noise before moving off me "have a nice sleep?" I smiled. "I should be asking you that" he smiled lazily at me, I got up and stretched, and yawn escaped my mouth. I caught horror staring at me "like whatcha' see?" I teased with a lazy grin. He blushed slightly before saying "...maybe...?" And looking to the side. I felt my face warm, "c-c'mon I'll make dinner" I cursed at myself for stuttering. Horror chuckled before getting up, I walked inside, and he followed me. He plopped himself on the couch as I walked to the kitchen. I thought about what to make, before an idea came to mind. I smiled almost evilly to myself, as I started to cook.
