Now, people were starting to notice. Roger and Brian weren't actually out yet. They were just trying to get someone to bring it up so they can confirm it. That's exactly what happened a few days later. They were doing an interview when the question came up.

"So, I heard that you guys have some big news." The interviewer mentioned. The band looked amongst each other, confused. "Let me rephrase that. I heard that Roger and Brian have some big news." All eyes were on the two. "Uh... I guess so...?" Brian started. "There are rumors that you guys are together. Will you guys put the rumors to rest?" The interviewer clarified. Roger grabbed Brian's hand and smiled. "Yes. The rumors are true." He proudly held up their intertwined hands.

Being out eased Brian's mind a little, though he still had doubts. Thanks to Roger, these times of depression didn't last long. It seems like he some how always knows how to make Brian feel better. Whenever Brian would get depressed, Roger would take him out for a nice meal or maybe they would watch a movie together. No matter what they did, Brian usually felt better afterwards.

Roger can't always be there for him though. One day, while Roger was out, doing who knows what, Brian got really depressed. He decided to do something that has always helped him - write. Writing has been an escape for him during dark times. He walked over to his desk, grabbed a pencil and a piece of paper, and started to think.

Inspiration can, and will, come from anywhere and everywhere. Brian thought back. Back to a time when he was really depressed. The first thing that came to mind was the time before he told Roger he loved him. All of the feelings came rushing back. Anger, depression. He was angry because he was in love with his best friend, and depressed because there was nothing he could do about it. He shook his head to clear the thoughts and started writing.

As for Roger, he had left a few hours prior to find something for his boyfriend. Brian had been going back into his depression and Roger didn't know what to do. He decided that maybe buying something would make him feel better. As he was driving, he thought. What would help someone out of a depression? That's when it hit him - a puppy! Roger found the nearest pet shop and began his journey to find the perfect puppy.

Brian leaned back in his chair to admire his work. He put his head down just as someone walked in the door. "Honey, I'm home!" Roger called. Brian swiftly put his paper into a drawer, hoping Roger didn't notice, and turned around. "I bought you a present. Now, Bri, close your eyes and open your hands." Brian did as he was told and soon felt something small and furry being placed in his hands. He opened his eyes and gasped. A tiny Yorkie, with big brown eyes and a magenta collar, was staring back at him. "Rog... she's..." "Perfect? Yea. I know. He name is Angel." Roger smiled.

The rest of the day was spent playing with their new puppy. Eventually, it got late and they decided to call it a night. Roger had trouble sleeping. When he got home earlier that day, he saw Brian hastily hide a piece of paper, and he was dying to know what was written on it. Yea, he knew what he was about to do is wrong, but he couldn't help it. Slowly, and without waking Brian, he got out of bed and slipped into the living room. He sat down and started to look through the drawers to find the paper. Once he found it, he read and took in every word. It was a song! A brilliant one at that! The thing is though, Brian hid it when Roger entered the room, meaning he must not want anyone to know about it. Roger then came up with a plan.

"Bri, why don't you take Angel for a walk? I invited John over to discuss something so I need to clean up a little." Roger suggested the next morning. "Right now?" Brian asked. Roger nodded and walked into the kitchen. Not too long after Brian left, John showed up. "Now, what's so important?" John asked sitting on the couch next to Roger. "Where's Brian?" "That's what I wanted to discuss. Yesterday, I went out to find a surprise for Brian. I ended up getting him a puppy-" "A puppy?" "Yes, a puppy. Anyway, I came home and he was writing something. As soon as he saw me, he hid it though. So I decided to look for it." "You know Roger, going through other people's things without their permission isn't good." Roger gave an exasperated sigh. "I know that. The point is, it's a song and it's great! We just need to get him to bring it up."

"Bring what up?" Brian asked, walking in. "So that's the new member of the family?" John gushed as the puppy ran towards him. Brian and Roger and beamed proudly at each other. "Yep. That's her. Hey Deaks, you wanna tell Brian what we were talking about?" John looked up from the puppy. "Huh? Oh yea. We decided to go back to the studio. Do you have any songs?" Brian sat down and thought. "Well... I have one but it isn't good..." "Can we read it?" Roger asked, hesitantly. "No. It isn't ready." Brian answered quickly. "Will you at least tell us the title?" John tried. This time, it was Brian's turn to hesitate. "It's called 'Too Much Love Will Kill You'"

A/N- Hello! I just wanted to say a few things. 1) When I started this story, I had a plot and such based on the song 'Too Much Love Will Kill You' by Brian May. The chapter titles are lines from said song. However I lost the plot and now I'm just kinda turning it into a story of one-shots. The chapter titles most likely won't make sense with their chapters so just ignore it :p. 2) I write the chapters on paper before I post it on her, which is why updates take a while. With the oncoming summer, updates will most likely slow down due to marching season.

Anywaaaaaay, thanks for reading!!
