You carefully arrange the blankets as you kneel beside her to protect her modesty, sure she's a stuck-up bitch but for some reason, you feel protective of her. She is looking up at you her eyes sparkling with tears you've never realised how blue they were before, she really is quite beautiful. For a moment you just hold eye contact with her she is looking up at you so vulnerable and soft. 'How ghastly is it?' she asks in a stiff voice breaking the moment. You look down at her body. 'May I?' The Baroness nods slowly and you shift the blanket to see her stomach, it's bloody and mixed with black ink. "WHORE" is tattooed onto her stomach. You don't speak and that itself is enough for her, she looks away in shame.

The door opens and Natalie enters you quickly cover up the Baroness because somehow it feels wrong that anyone else should see her. 'I got you some stuff is she okay?' You look over your shoulder and your hand brushes against the Baroness who stares away. Natalie doesn't see this nor does she notice you take the older woman's hand to comfort her. Your thumb rubbing in comforting circles on the back of her hand. 'I need you to get my antibiotics for her, I'm worried she will get infected.' Natalie looks troubled. 'I can't just-' 'Bring them to me.' you say firmly. Natalie clenches her jaw in annoyance and leaves. You move the blanket again and carefully take the wipes cleaning up the blood and ink. Luckily it's actually quite faint. You tenderly apply some antiseptic cream then put a dressing over it. At this point, you see she's looking up at you again.

'Your gonna be okay, this will fade eventually it's not like well.' you lift up your shirt showing the tattoo on your ribs. The Baroness's eyes flick down to it she reaches up and runs her fingertips over it. 'I know I guess you think tattoos are trashy right?' you smirk. The Baroness smiles. 'I think it's rather beautiful actually, what does it mean? Does it stand for something?' You lean down and whisper the meaning against her ear. 'Really? That's what it means?' you sit back on your knees adjusting your top. 'Yes.' 'It's beautiful.' she seems to really be entranced by it. Thanks to your care, the Baroness has relaxed, and you wrap her carefully into the blankets again. 'So, Barb?' The Baroness goes still and then nods. 'I see.' you purse your lips in thought. 'Is it sore?' you remain to kneel on the single mattress on the floor beside her. 'A little. I have endured worse, tough as old boots me.' You smile at her words.

Natalie returns and undoes her blouse reaching into her bra and taking out the antibiotics. 'I could lose my job, or worse if I get caught doing this.' she sounds pissed. 'I appreciate it.' you walk over to her and kiss her taking the pills. Victoria immediately looks away, perhaps from disgust, embarrassment, or...jealousy? You get the Baroness a glass of water. 'You aren't going to say anything, about what you saw earlier?' Natalie asks the Baroness cautiously. The Baroness turns to look at her. 'Why what happened earlier?' she gives a half smile, she won't tell. You kneel beside her and give her a pill and hold the glass to her lips letting her sip some water to swallow the pill. 'Get some sleep.' you stand and kiss Natalie again. 'Goodnight gorgeous.' she blushes and kisses you again. 'G'night.' she looks back at the Baroness. 'Get well soon Ms. Hellman.' Natalie leaves and you put on a few extra layers of clothing. 'What are you doing?' The Baroness asks. 'Keep the blankets, you need them more than me.' You climb back onto your bed.

'Night.' you curl up into a ball for warmth. The Baroness watches you looking curious about your kindness. 'Good night.' The lights go out.

The Baroness tosses and turns but she can't get to sleep. 'Hey, you can't sleep either?' you ask in the darkness. 'It's freezing, and this mattress is nothing short of a torture wrack.' she complains. You go over to her you can see each other just enough from the lights outside. 'What are you doing?' she stares up at you. You press a finger to her lips and for once she lets someone take control, she lets you silence her. You pull off your layers she admires your tattoo and your body, and you remove the blankets revealing her body. Your lips kiss her collarbone and her breasts, you kiss her stomach your hands explore her body. She touches your face, running her fingers through your hair and her hands on your shoulders. Your kisses are so passionate yet sweet. 'I've never-' You look up at her. 'I know, I know you are a virgin, I've known from the moment you came in. I saw you and I knew you were too perfect, that you had been waiting all your life to experience pleasure from the right person. You are a beautiful woman Victoria, I don't love Natalie. I love you. Im going to break us out of here. We will restore your life and I will treat you like the queen you are like no one else has. Im going to make you my priority. Making sure you are happy and satisfied is all I care about. I'm in love with you Victoria. I'm going to teach you things you could only dream of.' you whisper. The Baroness listens to you her bottom lip is quivering with the idea of being free, returned to the life of luxury with someone to share it with someone who loves her. It makes her heart race. Your face goes between her legs and she moans. 'Please, I need you.' she moans. You come back up your lips crash with hers in a never-ending kiss as your hand manipulates her sex she feels the pleasure building. 'Victoria, Victoria.' you moan her name. 'Victoria.'

'Victoria!' The Baroness opens her eyes she's covered in sweat you are kneeling beside her toothbrush in hand as she wakes from her sleep. 'Hey, are you okay? You were mumbling in your sleep and tossing and turning all over the place.' You place your hand on her head she's hot to the touch. She pulls away from you like you are toxic. 'I-nothing, fine, I am quite well.' she makes sure the blankets are adjusted. 'You're burning up, your face is bright red too.' you brush your teeth frowning as you look over her. 'It was just a nightmare nothing to see here.' she clears her throat. You go to the sink to spit and rinse your toothbrush. You grab her pills and bring a glass of water kneeling beside her. 'You should stay in bed today, rest, if you don't get better we will need to take you to the nurse. Open up.' you hold the pill. 'What?!' her eyes widen. 'Oh, oh for heaven's sake I can take medication without being coddled.' she sits up too quickly the pain of her wound makes her hiss.

'Glad to see your back to your usual pleasant self.' you sit the pill on the bed and put the glass of water beside her mattress on the floor. The Baroness inwardly curses herself she hadn't meant to be rude, she's still in shock. The dream seemed so real, so vivid, yet it was just a dream. Why did she dream this? Did she like you? She didn't like women, she barely liked men. Like. What a stupid notion. She was the Baroness she didn't have crushes or inappropriate dreams, people desired her, they wanted to be her or be with her. Perhaps something was off with the medication she had taken.
