Logan's Girl

The Talk

Steve sat with Logan and Bucky. They were enjoying a few drinks after working.

Bucky sighed. "So Logan, we have to talk."

"Definitely need to talk." Steve muttered.

"What is it boys?"

"Don't pretend like you didn't know this conversation was coming." Steve stated with a slight smile.

Bucky looked straight at Logan. "Ali. Intentions. Now." She was another sister in Becky's eyes and he could see Ali was serious about Logan.

"I really care about her and we've had some talks about the future." Logan replied signalling for another drink. 

"Told you they were serious." Bucky stated looking at Steve.

"So what's next?" Steve asked looking at Logan. He was worried about his sister being heartbroken.

"Honestly you have to ask Ali." Logan shrugged slightly. "She's the one who seems hesitant about the future."

"Of course she is. I'll talk to her Logan." Steve stated before leaving.

"Steve will get answers." Bucky stated before glancing at Logan. "Gonna marry our girl Howlett?"

"If she lets me Barnes."

"Don't break her heart."

         With Steve

Steve walked into the hospital ward and found Ali doing paperwork. He went and stood in front of her.

"Ali you free to talk?"

"As long as you don't mind me doing paperwork." She replied as she opened a new file.

"That's fine." Steve sat down looking all around. "So how's thing with Logan?"

"Why?" Ali asked as she looked at him with slight suspicion.

"Well it has been three months."

"I might love him."

"I knew it. Have you told him yet?"

Ali smiled. "Of course you knew. No I haven't told him yet and I don't plan on saying it first."

"Of course you don't. You are stubborn but I'm proud of you Ali."

"I'm proud of you too Stevie." Ali said as she finished paperwork. "I'm gonna shower before chow." She stood and looked at Steve. "Bye Stevie. I'll see you later."

Steve smiled. "Bye Ali. See you at dinner."
