CHAPTER 21: confusion

I watched as Nickel tried to get out of Knife's grip while being dragged on the ground alongside me, I was being dragged as well but you don't see me complaining.

Other me along with Suitcase, Balloon, and Lightbulb walked behind Baseball and Knife.
Baseball kept making concerned glares at Nickel every once in a while.

"Hey Knife... Maybe you should stop-"

"No Baseball, I will not give pity to him just because his your boyfriend"

Baseball's face turned red and immediately turned away.

"He isn't my boyfriend!"

"That's what they all say"

Baseball's face turned even more red.

"You good baseball?"

Nickel looked at him with confusion. Dude oh my god, it's so fucking obvious Baseball has a crush on you!

"I-i'm good Nickel!"

"Are you sur-"

"OH MY GOD NICKEl!! IT'S SO FUCKING OBVIOUS HE'S- Gah!"

I was suddenly dragged faster by Baseball, It's clear that hat he didn't want Nickel to know.
But it doesn't mean he had to pull me along!
My ass fucking hurts.

We soon got out of the forest and towards the big party the Tpot cast had prepared, and coincidentally. Both host were front of all of them talking to eachother.
Knife walked a little fast to show them Nickel.

"Hey mephone, look what I found"

The two host turned and saw Nickel being lifted by his hood.

"Nickel!!" Mephone yelled out which cause the party to pause. Nickel rolled his eyes and said "surprise" with jazz hands.
The rest of the .I.I. cast appeared from the ocean of contestants to see Nickel as if he was part of a circus act.

Baseball let go of my hoodie and went to join them with the other three. I just stayed where I was, watching this awkward reunion.

"Nickel! There you are, I was wondering where you were" Two said with glee and curiousity.

"You disappeared for awhile, no one knew where you went and we couldn't get Teardrop to talk"

"THAT'S BECAUSE SHE CAN'T TWO" someone yelled out from the crowd.

"I've been wondering the same thing, We had a challenge the next day! And you disappeared"
Mephone said out loud.

"Woe, woe, woe- what do your mean 'we'? If I remember correctly, his my contestants"

"What do you mean? He was literally competing in a challenge before the next challenge"

"I do a head count! And I counted 7 'just not' teammates. So there's no way Nickel could've been at your show, therefore he's my contestants"

"But I was with him after the challenge..."
Balloon spoke up which gave Suitcase a bit of a surprise.

"But he's on our team, right guys? We all saw him" Book implied and receiving nods from her teammates.

"He has been in inanimate insanity since the first season. From what I heard, Nickel joined the canceled second season called bfdia" Baseball added.

"Yeah! See, he's an original at Inanimate insanity~ he had to have join Bfdia later on" Mephone agreed with his statement.

"Y'know, both shows could've started at the same time" Two inquired.

"Still, he joined me show first. Which means he's my contestant"

"That proves not-"

"Settle down hosts" both of the host stopped and looked at Four.

"There's an easier why to settle this" Four looked in Nickel's direction, then the other host did, soon everyone was looking at Nickel.
And me? I was enjoying everything about this.

It took awhile for Nickel to notice. But once he did, he was taken aback.

"What are yo-"

"Which show are you apart of?"

"I'm from both"

Damn! No hesitation! Everyone looked shocked, except for teardrop who knew everything.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOUR FROM BOTH!?" Mephone shouted.

"Ok ok, I'll tell you just- stop screaming"

Mephone crossed his arms and glared at Nickel. Two and Four just stared at him like the rest of the contestants.

"I joined Inanimate insanity first along side Bfdia. I got eliminated from bfdia so I spent most of my time at Inanimate Insanity. Mephone started up the second season, I heard from someone about bfb. So I snuck my way to the bfb grounds to compete there since I was from the show too. It was a little difficult but I managed." Nickel took a breath. " Soon bfb split in half and joined Two's show, since nothing really happened. I spent most of my time at Inanimate Insanity which is when . i.i.3 started, and then the next day Tpot contestants made their teams and boom. Here we are..."

The hosts stared at him, flabbergasted.
They couldn't even speak, they just stuttered.

"What can I say, I played my cards right" Nickel smile.

Honestly, I'm pretty surprised too. Nickel somehow maintain two personalities at the same time without showing any signs that he was acting. Impressive.

"Ok, now we know Nickel played us all and lied about his double life. Can we please talk about the elephant in the room!" Knife shouted. He got everyone's attention.

"What is she doing here!" Knife gesture to me.
I was just sitting out in the opened.

"TACO!?!?!"

Wow, it took them that long to notice me.
