Adelaine's POV

We are doing another movie! The Fairview High Theatre department announced a few days ago to the school and the rest of the town that they will be collaborating with me on another film. I thought that our previous movie, the Lucille Baillers sequel, was our last movie. However, Principal Gwardieza and Miss Donaldson wanted another film and wanted something heartbreaking, emotional, and with a happy ending. I couldn't turn down a request like that so we bring you: Lucille Baillers: Celebrate! In this film, I will be working with a different male lead but I will be the director and songwriter! Kelsey and Dad have recurring roles in the film. Also, Hugh and Kelsey are producers, and Dad and I are directors too!

I'm so happy that their talent has been recognized. The council was astonished by how surprisingly good of an actor my father is, they felt like they had to include him in the film because he was that good. We've already been working hard, and I have already written some songs for my character and her emotional moments. These songs are 'Hard To Love', 'Lose You To Love Me', 'Driver's License', 'Traitor', 'Happier', 'Deja Vu', and 'Gone'.

Sammy has also volunteered to help with the musical stuff in the film. Every time he comes to help, he is awestruck every time he comes over, awestruck by my talent. Sammy compliments me on my musical lyrics, saying that they relate to people and their personal experiences.

This film is just such a fun thing to do. We've all worked so hard. I'm proud of all of them, especially my father. I'm immensely proud, and so is everyone else. The Lucille Baillers has been such a support in this process. They are very excited to see this film, which is set to release the summer before our graduation.

We've helped out each other in any and every way we could. Kelsey helped out with the film to help support me as one of her best friends. Mister Turner is also in the film. He plays an adult teacher and an ignorant father to my character, although he is on the fence about it. I'm going to talk with him about it today. I do want to have him involved, but I won't force him into a role that he isn't comfortable with. I sat down at the coffee shop with my coffee. We had agreed to meet here, and he followed suit, sipping from the cold coffee he ordered, as well as eating the cinnamon pastry he got.

"It's not that I don't want to help you or be involved in your film, Adelaine, it's just that I don't know how comfortable I would be playing that role." Mister Turner says.

"I understand that, but why do you feel so uncomfortable with the role?" I ask.

"I don't know if I could be that type of person, even if it's just pretending for a role." He replies.

"I know, but I wouldn't be upset by anything you do, you're acting," I reply.

"I know that but... I would feel bad, even if it is fake for 'Acting' purposes." Mister Turner returns.

"You don't have to do this if you don't want to." I hum.

"I will, I want to help you." He smiled.

"Thank you-" I start.

"Adelaine? Mister Turner? What are you guys doing here?" A voice questions from behind.

I turn my head to see Hugh, accompanied by Jackson. Both of them had coffees and they seemed to be involved in some serious bro time. He comes over to me though, kissing my head.

"We're just having a little chat about the movie. Nothing too serious." I reply, kissing his cheek.

"Did you accept?" Hugh queries, looking excited as he looks at Mister Turner.

"I'm pondering it. I just don't know if I could do it. I hate the idea of being an ignorant father, how they are reckless, irresponsible, and don't care about their children." Mister Turner admits.
