Who Needs Saving?

Chapter Six: What!?

For a second I stand completely still. Then I close my eyes, and my lips move with his. Mitch then deepens the kiss, with both hands on the side of my face. One hand slowly moves down my body, as the other one pulls me closer to him.

I couldnt believe what was happening. The guy who was embarrassed about me confessing my feelings for him, was actually kissing me. With this thought my eyes shot open and I pushed with all my force until we were apart.

We stood in silence with my had on his chest, both of us panting. I stand there waiting for my air to return to normal, along with my heart beat. What the hell just happened. First I wake up in a boys bed, then the same one kisses me only a few minutes later.

" W-what the hell was that?" I ask when I gain my senses back . Mitch looked just as shocked as I did. He must have just acted.

" A kiss." He said in a matter of fact tone. He smirked as I glowered at him. Like I dont know what a kiss is. Grant it I never expected my first kiss to be like this.

" I know that. That's not what I meant and you know it." I said through gritted teeth.

" I dont know." He looked down with subtly disgust. I take one look then bolt out the door without a second glance. The disgust on his face made it all very clear. He wanted to make fun of me, that is the only thing that was running through my mind.

Tears streamed down my face as I ran. Luckily I knew this area, seeing as Elle lived not to far from here. By the time I get there my face is tear streaked and my eyes red. I climb through the window like I always have. When I look up I noticed that there were two pairs of feet at the bottom of the sheet.

"Er..." I let them know I am in the room. Elle sits straight up and pulls the sheet up. Her face a lovely shade of red. Next an arm raises, as if someone is stretching. Then what looked to be a sex god sat up. Next to Elle, sat a guy who looked older, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He smiled as he reached up and wrapped his arm around Elle giving her a kiss in the process. Elle giggled slightly.

"So, this is awkward. I'm just gonna go, now." I back up, not paying attention to how far I was going, I clumsley tripped over someones clothes. Last thing I thought was, well, shit.

When I came to I was in a lovely white hospital room with a sprained ankle, and a concussion. Oh joy I thought, how could this possibly get any worse. I mean seriously. How the hell could I have know it was about to get much, so much worse. I literally had just got used to hobbling around when I bumped into someone, falling to the ground.

"OW!" I yelped as I landed on the ground. A hand reached down, I grabbed it, then hobbled up to try and balance myself.

" Oh, I am so sorry, miss." A nervous voice said suddenly. Looking up I almost fall over again, just so I can be lifted back up. Standing in front of me is a chiseled nurse? He had long black hair pulled back in a loose ponytail, and hazel eyes.

" Its ok, just getting use to my land legs." I smile trying to lighten the fact that I was just trampled on my first try. " I have a feeling I would have fallen with or without your help."

" Ah. First day using the metal legs, huh?" He asked while keeping me steady. I think I even noticed him checking me out. Yay! Someone who doesnt know anything about me was checking me out. My inside little girl jumped up and down. " Could you be Samantha Andres? I do believe that you are my next stop on my rounds." He smiled brightly.

I smiled brightly, we talked for a while until, he had to return to his rounds, which he was about three hours behind. I hope I didnt get him in much trouble.

After a few hours he came back again. And either it was my damaged brain or it actually happened.

" Uh what did you just say?" I asked in shock.

" I said Miss Andres would you like to go on a date with me, as soon as you can walk again."
