"Sarah! Oh my god! It's only 1 week away! I can't friggin believe I get to hug the sexiest man alive!"

"HA! Nice try! Obviously it's Aaron!"
"Okay, honey. Whatever gets you through the night."
Six days. 21 hours. 43 seconds. Yeah, that's how much time is left until I meet the love of my life! Oh lord, I can't even believe that I'm going to United 26 Tour! It will literally be the best day of my life.
I guess I passed out of excitement because I then woke up in the hospital hearing my mother screaming...
"Cassie! Wake up! Please, please don't leave me."
What the heck. I don't even know what's going on. How the heck am I here.
"Mom? Where's Sarah? Where am I? What's happening?"
"Hon, when you and Sarah were hanging out at the house, an intruder broke in and knocked you out and tried to kidnap you."
"No. No no no no no. Mom where's Sarah!"
*silence*
"MOM?!"
"Honey, she's fine. When she had come back from the bathroom she saw you passed out on the floor with the intruder trying to take you and immediately started trying to save you. In the process she was beat up. She broke her ankle, fractured her back, and snapped a few bones in her rib cage."
"She r-really d-did that all f-for me?"
"When I was with her, you, and her parents in the ambulance all she said was 'I had to. She's my best friend' ."
"Mom?"
"Yes, sweetie. What is it?"
"Is my BEST friend gonna die?"
"No! Don't be crazy! She's just going to be in the hospital for a long time"
"How long is a long time?"
"Well, about 1-2 months."
"So she can't go to Digi?!"
"Neither can you. I'm so sorry."
"Out!"
"What?!"
"OUT!! NOW!! I SAID OUT!!"
"Once you learn some respect I will!"
"No, now! Get out!"
"Okay. I'm just gonna leave now."
"That's what I told you to do forever ago!"
And like that. She was gone. No, not forever. Just for a few hours to let me cool down.
So there I lay. Angry and confused. I don't even know why I'm in the hospital! All that happened was me getting knocked out! Now I'm never going to meet Aaron.
