It had been about a month since Y/n and her group had returned to the village. Everything seemed to be going well inside the village as Y/n was caught up to date with all the new renovations. Cadenza had been more than helpful for the week and a half when Aphmau refused to let her outside the house.

It was a few days after taking the potion that Y/n got a dizzying spell and fainting spell in the plaza. That was enough to make almost everyone worry and after that Y/n was stuck in her house. Cadenza did her best to keep her company as Aphmau was busy most of the day dealing with lord matters. Y/n didn't mind for the most part as her best friend and kids kept her company. Levin had constantly asked the girl to read him picture books.

While home she was able to fix Malachi and Levin's room with the help of Nana. The meif'wa had arrived sometime in the afternoon while the boys were out with Zoey to help set everything up. They had installed a bunk bed and made sure to test it. A plain bookshelf was painted with various mythical creatures like wyverns and fairies. A toy chest was scattered nearby almost filled to the brim. Finally on the nightstand was the musical box Y/n had been given for Levin.

The room had turned out pretty good and when the boys came back they were more than excited to look at their new room. Malachi had been so overwhelmed that he ended up crying thanking Y/n for making him finally feel like he had a home. Y/n just welcomed Malachi into her open arms thanking him for choosing to stay with her.

Now, however, Y/n seemed to be having some issues. It was the middle of the night when she was woken up by this loud and whirling sound. Groaning Y/n threw herself out of bed and left her room where she met Aphmau in the hallway.

"Go back to bed Y/n there could be something going on in the village" Aphmau ordered.

"Even more of a reason for me to check" Y/n sassed back.

Aphmau sighed and just let her sister follow after her as she left the house. The two rushed through the village and were confronted by the knights. The boys seemed to be trying to figure out where the sound came from as they looked around the village. Nothing seemed to be blown up or set ablaze so that was a good sign.

Laurence was the first to notice Y/n with Aphmau and scolded the girl for coming to investigate instead of resting. Y/n ignored his complaints and told him to 'take a chill pill' which he scoffed at. Garroth easily gathered everyone's attention when he spoke telling everyone to split up and search for what the noise was. He would check the wyverns den, Aphmau would check the plaza, Dante would check the docks, and Laurence would check the housing area.

Since Y/n was ignored in those instructions she just followed behind Laurence as the group split up. Even though she was terminally sick before it doesn't mean she was useless. As Laurence and she approached the area the loud sound played through the village again. Laurence swiftly pushed Y/n behind him, the action somewhat ticked the girl off. Suddenly a structure appeared in the distance clearly standing out with its reddish color.

"Is that Lucinda's house?" Y/n asked aloud as she walked towards it now pushing Laurence out of her way.

The knight scoffed when she pushed him off to the side "We should still be careful you know"

Y/n ignored him as she spotted a familiar redhead in the distance. Lucinda stood off to the side as she looked at her house in disappointment. Bigglesworth stood next to the proud witch softly cooing every now and then. Lucinda turned to face the duo as she heard them approach her.

"Well, well, well looks like I finally found you guys!" Lucinda exclaimed giving Y/n and Laurence a quick hug. "It feels like forever since I've last seen you all"

"It's been like two months, also how the heck did you teleport a whole house?"

"Oh, ha sorry about that noise by the way. Moving my whole house isn't really a quiet thing, and as you can tell I was off by a few feet" Lucinda apologized.
