Chapter 21: Journey for the Singles

Chapter 21: Trip for the singles.

"The betrayer rat is Kate" P'Jim said and started scolding P'Kate intensely at the parking lot when she found out who informed P'Tee and Khun Sam on our whereabouts. P'Kate who just kept quiet as she felt so guilty looked like a trapped rat at that moment.

"I didn't think that anyone would be taking our pictures. Didn't we come here to consider the irony of our lives? So it's not a big deal for them to join in" P'Kate defended herself.

"What irony of life are you talking about? I come here to enjoy myself" P'Jim snapped angrily. P'Kate turned her head to the direction of both Yuki and me.

"I'm talking about the two of them. I'm not concerned about you. We came here to consider the irony of our lives not to enjoy ourselves" P'Kate justified.

"Yes. I came here because of the problem between Khun Sam and I while Yuki, she came here to lighten the loneliness in her heart. We actually came for the same reasons" I agreed.

"And then, my journey got destroyed because of you...Damn!!Because of that PH, I have to come out a lot of money. That money could actually be used to buy everything in this damn bar. I'm so disappointed" P'Jim reflected disappointedly.

"Huh? Why the heck should you pay? PH herself doesn't give a damn about paying" P'Kate asked in a confused tone.

"If I didn't pay, they might think I'm pretending to be rich" P'Jim disclosed.

"You're crazy. Stop getting so upset over it. At the end of it, those two are still your friends. You need to cheer up. Don't you see your own friends suffering from heartache when those guys tried to seduce Yuki and Mon?" P'Kate asked.

"I wasn't paying attention and how the heck can Tee comes here? Isn't she still on the run?" P'Jim asked casually.

"People who have the same minds will stick together. Both of them are the one who left their wives" P'Kate explained with a smile while turning her head to face both Yuki and me.

"Perhaps she wants to know how Yuki is today. So Yuki, how do you feel when you find out Tee trailed you here?" P'Kate added.

"I don't feel anything" Yuki answered simply.

"I don't think of it anymore. Why do I have to feel anything anyway?" Yuki continued.

"In that case, you don't need to get angry since you don't feel anything anymore" P'Kate justified.

"But I'm still angry. I'm not a small child" Yuki said.

"Why are you angry about? Between all of us, you are the one who are not supposed to be here at all. You have a husband and two kids at home for god's sake" P'Kate snapped at P'Jim who answered instead of Yuki.

 P'Jim looked dissatisfied with what P'Kate had said but P'Kate just ignored her friend's anger.

"So how now? Our journey here has ended but I still can't go back. Are we really going to back empty-handed?" P'Jim asked.

"But I'm really satisfied as I got to see both Tee and Sam getting jealous. Oh ya Mon, I saw both you and Sam talking outside just now. What were both of you talking about? Tell me about it" P'Jim continued

The three of them turned to me at the same time. I laughed nervously and told them the truth.

"Khun Sam came to make up with me as well as begging me to go back home with her like before"

"She is always trying to make up with you. Why don't you want to anyway?" P'Kate asked in a serious tone.

"Somemore she still could not remember the past. I'm sure that might cause her a lot of frustration. I think you need to give her a chance" P'Kate suggested.
