Chapter 4 - It's Just You And I Tonight

Y/n's pov:

I woke up as I felt the sun hit my face, my dumbass self forgot to close the blinds last night, my lips curled into a smile as I remembered what happened last night, I reached for my phone and saw a missed call from my dad, I'll call him back later I also had a few texts from Jenna, I got up from the bed and walked to the minibar and pulled a bottle of water, I opened it and took a sip as I opened Jenna's texts which had a picture, as soon as I saw the picture I spat the water, some even came out of my nose.

I stood there with my mouth agape, as I regained myself, I called her, 'You could just walk across the hallway and knock on her door dipshit' the voice inside my head said to me, I heard the phone ringing, right away she picked up the phone. "Hey hot stuff, liked the little surprise I sent ya?" She asked and I could picture the smirk on her beautiful face, "It was really a surprise Jenna, I really wasn't expecting that" I said with a raspy voice due to me just waking up, I heard her breath hitched as she heard my voice, "Damn hot stuff, your morning voice sounds raspy and hot, makes me want to hear it every morning" she said, I cleared my throat before taking another sip from the bottle in my hand, "Okay? So, uhh why did you want me to call you?" I asked walking to the bed closest to the bathroom where I put my clothes and grabbed a t-shirt.

"Just wanted to hear your voice" she paused for a second, "Is it okay if I go to your room and take a few remote interviews there?" She asked, I looked around the room, seeing that it wasn't a mess and responded, "Sure, you can come over, just knock when you're outside" there was a small silence, she decided to break said silence. "Can you like uhh help me out? I got to take my laptop, charger and phone, so please help me out opening both doors" she pleaded, I really had to save the day huh?, "Alrighty then, I'll come help you out" I hung up as I reached for my room's key and headed out, walking across the hallway and knocking on her door, she opened it and looked at me with a smile, "Hey let me get my stuff real quick", I saw her run to what I assume was her bed and pick up all the things she needed and walked back to me, "I'm ready, let's go hot stuff" She said walking past me and towards my room's door, I closed the door and reached for the room key, as I opened the door she pecked my cheek and walked inside.

She looked around the room, saw the small desk and set her stuff there, she looked at the time and saw that she had half an hour before the interview, as she turned around she signalled for me to go over to where she was standing, I slowly made my way over and she instantly attached herself onto me and kissed me, I kissed back but for some reason felt that this wasn't right, we pulled away and I looked away "What's wrong hot stuff?" Jenna asked as she played with my hair, I sighed "I'm just really confused with all of this, are you like into me or just expected a hook up for the weekend? What are you doing to me Jenna?" I asked as I sat down in the bed, she sat down next to me and held my hand "I'm sorry if I'm giving you mixed signals but the truth is that I had a crush on you since I saw you on Stranger Things you know? That's why I'm acting this way, I was really happy last night after we kissed and I don't even know if you like me or not but if you do, let's see where this goes, if you don't like me back it's okay" She said looking into my soul, I just nodded along. "I-I've also had a crush on you for a long time, I remember watching Stuck In The Middle and thinking 'That Harley girl is really cute' after that I've been kinda following your career, so umm... let's see where this goes, after all, the media might already suspect that we're dating" I said making her giggle, I guess I could get used to this.
