Chapter 8

Natsu Pov:

(Dream world 😇😴😴)

Blondhair. Her hair was so blond. She turns around and smiles at me. Her smile is beautiful... She seems so familiar.

"Natsu!"

Her voice sounds like a bell. Really high pitched but very lovely to the ears. Who is she? Why does she seem so familiar? "

"Natsu!"

Her big brown eyes look at me with happiness and...love? Who is this girl?

The light around the girl darkness.

"Natsu...how could you do this? How could you let me go? I...I loved you! You let me go with that...that MONSTER! How can I forgive you? How can you forget me? I...I loved you...I still do. Why Natsu? Why?"

Tears fall out of her beautiful brown eyes. I try to get near her. I try to comfort her. She's to far. The more I try,the farther she gets. Who is she?

Real world:

"-su! NATSU! Wake up! You will be late for school!" I wake with a start. I turn my head to see my older sister,Erza, yelling at the top of her lungs for me to wake up. I groan," Erza, five more minutes..." Honestly I'm still just trying to remember who that girl was. Who is she? "You have no more time Natsu! We have to be in school in 10 minutes!" I sigh and glare at her,"just cuz your the class president doesn't mean I have to drive you to school everyday, sis." Her eyes start to glow red,"What did you say, little brother?" I sit up straight in my bed looking at my terrifying older sister. "You know what! I am awake now, you go eat some breakfast...I will be down in five minutes or less.!" She smirks at me," you will be ready in four minutes or less," she pulls out her phone setting a timer," starting...now." I jump out of bed and run to my bathroom and brush my teeth and my hair. I grab my uniform and put it on as quickly as I can. I run downstairs to see Erza grabbing two pieces of toast and walking out the door. I sigh. It seems like I avoided one disaster this morning. Hopefully today will be okay.

Lucy's Pov:

"Lu-Lucy Heartfillia?!?" Lissana whisper yells my name. I sadly smile,"you finally remember Lis." She started to smile," Lucy. Lucy. Lucy! I can't believe you came back!" She gives me a huge hug. "I've missed you so much," her voice muffled because she was crying on my shoulder. -She suddenly stops. "Lucy?" She pulls apart from me. "Yes?" I look at her worried...worried she saw them. Worried she saw my scars. "Lucy, what happened to you when you left Fairy Tail? Why...why are there scars around your neck?" She looks at me worriedly. I sigh and turn," it's nothing Lis. I have to go the bell is about to ring. I will see you around." I walk out the classroom, tears slowly falling from my face. I'm happy that she remembers me but I can't actually let her know my past. I can't let anyone know my past. Especially not after what that man did to me.

Natsu POV:

Finally first period is over! I still need to talk to Lissana...after my rejection I didn't have the courage to actually go talk to her. I decided that I need to talk to her. That's why I wanted to stop her after first period. I walk to Mrs. Grandine's class but stop at the door hearing Lissana talking to someone. "Lu-Lucy? Can you really be Lucy Heartifillia?" Lucy Heartifillia? Why does that sound so familiar. I know! It's that girl I am always running into! How does she know Lissana though? My stomach starts to flutter. Why is this happening to me? I start to walk away in deep thought. Why does this Lucy girl make me feel like this? I don't even know her...or do I? It can't be! I don't know a Lucy! I reach my class, and I sit at my desk still in deep thought. I slowly fell asleep...

Natsu's dream:

"Come on Natsu! We are going to be late for the festival!" It's the same girl from my last dream. "Okay! I'm coming Luce!" I laugh and smile at her. Luce? That's the girl's name? I notice a little me and the blond girl running by me. I follow them. The little blond girl brings the little me to a big Sakura tree. "Natsu.."the little girl starts to blush. "Yes Lucy?" I smile a nice toothy grin. "I have to tell you something,"the blond girl smiles nervously. "What is it Luce?", I ask her worriedly. I can feel it. I can feel little Natsu's nervousness and...his little heart beating fast. Why? Does he...did I used to like this girl? "Natsu, I wanted to tell you...that I really li-"

"NATSU DRAGNEEL!"

I jolt awake from my dream. I look up to see Mr. Gildarts scowling in front of me. "If you are soooo smart and knowledgeable that you can sleep in my class, read this passage of Shakespeare in English!" I gulp and look down at the passage he is pointing at. How am I supposed to read this! I can barely understand Japanese! I sigh and start to read it very slowly.

"Very good Mr. Dragneel. Now will you explain to the class the significance of this speech to the plot of the play." I sigh and look around,"it's...imporant to the plot of the story because in the speech Viola is trying to convince Olivia to love Orsino, but i believe that Viola is imaging that she is saying that speech to Orsino, since you know, she loves him." i glance around nervously. Mr. Gildart's clears is throat," um...very good Mr. Dragneel. I will let you pass this time,but if I ever find you asleep in my class again, I swear I will not hesitate to give you a detention." The bell rings and I leave as fast as I can. "Well that was embarrassing." I sigh and continue walking to third period, science. I started to think back to my dream during english. That little girl's name was Lucy. What was she trying to say to me before I woke up. Why was my stomach filled with butterflies when I saw her. Who was she to me. Why can't I remember her fully. Without realizing it I was already in my science class. "This is seriously going to be a long day."

Time Skip: 3:00 p.m

(Still Natu's POV)

"Finally this day is over!" I stretch my arms and wrapped my scarf closer to my neck. I look around and sigh. I still need to talk to Lissana... I still love her. I don't think I wil ever get over her... I find a nearby bench and sit at it. I start to hear crying from behind me. I turn to see a blond headed girl. I walk over to her and kneel down. "Um...are you okay?" Big brown eyes look up at me, "um, yeah. I'm just fine." She forces a smile and tries to stand up, "I am sorry for making you worry." I smile at her," Don't worry about it, Lucy.''

Lucy's POV:

My eyes widen in shock. Natsu knows my name? Does he remember me? He laughs a little, "Isn't your name Lucy Heartifillia?" I shake my head no. "It is really Lucy Porla. " He looks at me confused,"But last time we met you said that it was Heartifillia.'' I laugh a sad laugh, "Yea sorry about that. My last name used to be Heartifillia...I sometimes forget that I am not a Heartifillia anymore." I shake my head and start to leave, "It was nice seeing you Natsu.'' He grabs my hand, "Um...when can I see you again." A blush starts to form on my face. "I don't know. I guess I will see you around." I start to run away. Ugh I hate these stupid emotions.

A/N: Hey minna! Like I promised I will update more. I plan to update as much as I can. I have aquestion though. Should I bring back my oc's and do you guys want to know Lucy's full backstory in the next chapter or do you want to know about what happened to all the orphanes in Fairy Tail after it was turned into a school? Please tell me and I will update as soon as I can.
